STAY AWAY FROM PORSCHE TYSONS SERVICE. Took my car in for routine yearly maintenance and a state inspection. Was told it would likely be done in a few hours and they would keep me updated. Instead, it took 5 routine yearly maintenance and a state inspection. Was told it would likely be done in a few hours and they would keep me updated. Instead, it took 5 days, nobody every called to update me, and nobody returned a single call despite daily attempts to get a status update and even a request to speak to the manager. Then, when I finally did get the car back, it had two big scratches that had not been there before. And when I called, emailed and used their online chat to raise the issue, I still received no call back about the damage. When I filled out a negative review survey sent from Porsche, Tysons told Porsche it was all taken care of. Which is not at all true. Almost comically horrible service. I've been there many times before, but something has changed. Stay away. More
I recently purchased a CPO vehicle from Porsche Tysons Corner. After an initial delay because of some previously undiscovered damage (likely incurred in the parking lot), I was able to pick up the vehicl Corner. Joe Bond (sales manager) was very communicative throughout the entire process, giving me regular updates via phone, and providing detailed answers to my questions and requests. Once at the dealership, I worked with sales associate Mark McLendon to complete the purchase. Mark is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Even the General Manger (Daniel Rodriguez) stopped by to introduce himself and offer his assistance. Overall, it was a very positive experience and the staff (including Khoa and Mitch) were all helpful and professional in the extreme. I'm already planning my next purchase from them... More
Purchased 2 911s from Tysons over past 15 years and have had both cars serviced there from new. Worst dealer experience ever. The drop off facility is a dump - the drop off area is only partly covered, if had both cars serviced there from new. Worst dealer experience ever. The drop off facility is a dump - the drop off area is only partly covered, if it's raining you are SOL. Vehicles are left out in the elements. Service staff unresponsive and project an air of colossal indifference. I've NEVER been greeted when I enter, the service staff ignore me until I say "excuse me, can you please help me". They rarely call back when they say they will. Promised completion times are routinely missed, often by days. I've been treated far better at the local Ford dealership when I drop off my F150 for service. The work seems to be fine - when it's finally done. Prices are as expected for a Porsche dealer, not much difference from other P dealers, so no help there. Bottom line - no customer who drops major coin on a car purchase should be treated this poorly by the service team. As far as sales team, I give them only 2 stars. Same problem with ignoring me when I showed up to replace our 997 and buy a new 992 - indifference until I told him I'm ready to buy today. Even then, the sales person seemed unenthused and I find all of them (staff and managers) to act like they are doing me a favor letting me buy a P car (I'm on number 6 now). I've heard other local P dealers in the DMV are better but don't have personal experience with them. My advice when it comes to Porsche Tysons is run fast, run far. More
My experience with Porsche of Tysons Corner can only be described as "A-1" with respect to the extremely competent and most cordial employees at this dealership. I recently had my 2018 Macan evaluated for described as "A-1" with respect to the extremely competent and most cordial employees at this dealership. I recently had my 2018 Macan evaluated for an issue with the brakes. Both the General Manager, Michael Tsamouras, and the Service Manager, Thomas Budd, were extremely helpful and efficient in addressing my concerns, and even provided a VIDEO to show me exactly where the "deficiency" was located. I've never experienced such TOP NOTCH service with any previous car dealerships. Hence, I highly recommend Porsche of Tysons Corner if you need any services performed or just wish to experience the positive attitude and the superb efficiency of an outstanding company. More
I took my car in for service. They put too much oil in my car. About 40 minutes after I leave the dealership, the warning light for over-filling comes on. I am forced me to go to the closest service center s car. About 40 minutes after I leave the dealership, the warning light for over-filling comes on. I am forced me to go to the closest service center since I am now a considerable distance away from the Tysons dealership. They tell me that it was a quart and a half over-filled and explained to me that when there’s too much oil it damages the engine of a vehicle! They had to charge me service again, clean the engine bay, and then reset the sensor. Then I called Porsche of Tysons and they said they would reimburse me, and never did despite subsequent reminders. I reached out to the service manager, Thomas Bud, and he does not even respond or call back. It has been nearly two months and they still have not addressed the problem. I used to service multiple cars with them and there’s clearly a decline in the quality of their services, both mechanically and in the level of cleanliness when I get the car back. These are expensive cars, and if you’re like me, you’re not going to risk your car going to this kind of service center. More

I merit him for his no-pressure transparency, negotiation process, and most of all - anticipation of my needs. From a sophisticated buyer's perspective, you would expect an unapproachable elite flair where the primary goal for a Sales Consultant is to close the sale. However, David chooses his own narrative, never forgetting that the path to that end result was just as important, if not more. His zen-like presence and encyclopedic car knowledge is reassuring and welcome. Absolutely unquestionable - he wants to build relationships for longevity, honesty, and trust. I will save you the boring details (which are anything but), and let you enjoy the experience. On a side note, ask about his cars. I think you will find his enthusiasm delightful. More
