Alex is new to the dealership but in my admittedly short time dealing with him I have been extremely impressed with his attention to detail and solution oriented attitude. For example, a car wash broke the stalk of the clock reset. The unimaginative solution would have cost me $2000. Alex worked with the maintenance people and mananged to remount. the stalk at NO CHARGE. He could have charged me $100 or $200 and I would have paid it. He offered other advice and suggestions regarding the care of the car and fully explained what and why something needed to be repaired. His demeanor is friendly but professional. I have owned American, Japanese and German cars and he is by far the best service writer I have encountered. More
I came to this deal to buy a Porsche. The salesman tried to push me into buying a car for far more than competitors wanted for the same car. When I wouldn't, he introduced me to the sales manager, who went to push me into buying a car for far more than competitors wanted for the same car. When I wouldn't, he introduced me to the sales manager, who went out of his way to be rude and dismissive. I ended up buying the same car at a better price at a competing dealership. Sorry you didn't want my money, HBL. More

The issues were handled by Mr. Kurt Hoover, your Service department Manager. I wanted to take this moment to express to you how pleased I was with his professional manner. His behavior and performance was exceptional in every way. His care in leaving no stone unturned regarding the various issues was outstanding. I'm sure his careful and professional examination of each issue have made a difference. He was part of several conversations I had with the service advisor some of which were challenging. He handled them calmly, professionally, and always respectfully. I have a tremendous respect for the service department at HBL due to the efforts of Mr. Hoover.
