if you are fussy about your vehicles do..not..buy a car from these people. FIRST OF ALL the protective wrap from germany is removed and you will find blemishes. ALSO THEY GET CARS FROM OTHER DEALERSHIPS which can get damaged tansporting. in fact they sold me a car with acid rain damaged finish that even their mercedes shop couldnt fix (it took me numerous calls to service/sales to even get an appoinment. i got nothing but a runaround with this issue like they just wanted to see when i would stop calling. Even when i forced the issue they actually did nothing but put swirls in my finish which i had to fix myself. i should have driven my car through their showroom glass walls and threw the keys at them. i have gotten better service and new car delivery from toyota, and get this the salesman told me to lie to porsche when they do new car survey and tell them everything was perfect at delivery so he would get a bonus and he would take take of everything! LIARS. you can do better elsewhere believe me. More
Prior to arriving at the dealership I had all my information in hand, was pre approved, knew the amount I wanted to spend and the car I wanted. At the dealership I meet Karifa and he did the rest f information in hand, was pre approved, knew the amount I wanted to spend and the car I wanted. At the dealership I meet Karifa and he did the rest for me, narrowed it to two cars, I made my decision on one and the rest is history. The best part was they even beat my pre approved financing rate, so I went with their selected bank. This was by far the best experience buying a car I have had in a long time. The whole staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Special thanks to Kevin also - great job by all! I will be back and you may even see some of my friends. More
My experience began through email messages with the Internet Sales rep, who turned out to be Steven Giannakopoulos. Even through email, Steven presented a professional and non-aggressive introduction to the dealership and the car(s) that had peaked my interest. After a series of scheduling challenges, I was finally able to drive over to the dealership. Upon meeting Steven it was clear of his knowledge of the Porsche line, specifically, the Carrera. He introduced me to a recently acquired used '05 Carrera S, and we immediately took a spirited test drive. (Thank you Rick for providing some backgroung / history, as it was your customer.) What a blast, actually test driving a car instead of driving 55 up and down the highway. We explored roads that allowed me to put the car through its paces and truly evaluate it for what it was and how it should perform. It wasn't Summit Point, but you get the picture. Let's just say, I was very satisfied. So satisfying in fact, that I purchased that car. Part of the transaction was my trade, which was carefully evaluated with a more than fair offer. Hannah Diep was highly instrumental in working with me on the financial side of the house and performed wonderfully. She made, what is oftentimes a stressful situation, a pleasant and brief transaction. She was a true professional as well. The deal would not have been possible without Kevin's participation. He worked with me at multiple points throughout the transaction and made me an awesome deal. In closing, I would say that each of these guys did a stellar job on the entire sales process, from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this Porsche store to anyone in the DC area looking. My overall experience buying a used car was an excellent one and there is not much that I would change. Even though I was not buying a Porshe, I was still treated very well by the staff. Bijan, the sales associate that I worked with was great on many levels, including respectfulness and friendliness. He was extremely accommodating and understanding with having my father (who lives across the country) available via my cell phone as we finalized the deal. I got an INCREDIBLE price on the used car that I purchased. I would certainly recommend Bijan to any friends that were looking to purchase a Porshe, or who happened to stumble across a great non-Porshe vehicle there, like I did. I also worked with Kevin, a manager, who also played a role in helping me to get an excellent price for my vehicle. Kevin was also very respectful and helpful throughout the process. More

I am registering the car in Alaska, so I needed the dealership to expedite the title paperwork after I bought the vehicle. Steven was in constant contact with me, providing me updates on the title paperwork. As soon as everything was finalized, he FEDEX'd the paperwork to me so that I would have it in time to take to Alaska. Tremendous customer service - easily the best customer service I have ever experienced when buying a vehicle. Would highly recommend both Steven and the dealership to friends and family. More

He performed as a sales "consultant". Providing me with the necessary information to help me make what I feel was an intelligent decision. He knew the features and benefits of this vehicle. Abe treated me like a valued guest, not knowing whether I would buy the car or not. He was always there to provide answers to questions, address any concerns, and/or personally take me to someone in the dealership who could provide the information I needed. I would certainly send customers there to buy cars from Abe. More
