Had my one year service completed on my 2010 Cayman S, Sat, Feb 12. Super service, made the appointment on Thur afternoon for Sat at 9am, yes they are open on Sat for service. Peter Kim my service manager got me in, set me up in an Audi A4 loaner for the day, no charge, and had the car ready he he said it would be. He also had the car washed and cleaned for me before I picked it up. I have had service work on many vehicles at dealers like BMW, Volvo, Suzuki, Ford, Oldsmobile, Chevrolet, and Cadillac. By far Porsche of Tysons Corner is the best service center and new car dealer I have delt with across the states of Nebraska, Iowa, South Carolinia, Florida, California, Arkansas, Arizona, and Virginia. Very professional in their sales, delivery, and service activities and always focus on customer satisfaction. More

I originally purchased my Porsche 911S from Porsche of Tysons, ordering it in late October of 2005 and taking delivery in late February of 2006. I was originally told by a good friend that Porsche of Tysons Corner was a part of the Penske Automotive Group, and given the high reputation of Roger Penske in all his operations, I was not disappointed. It is hard to say enough good things about this dealership. On the question of the price of service, I rate them great. With a car like a 911, one is not going to spend what one would on a Honda S2000 or a Mitsubishi Eclipse, so given that the Porsche requires a bit more maintenance (and I have taken the car to the race track on three occasions), I believe the service is worth every cent I have paid for it. The car, now nearly 5 years old with 31,000 miles, still runs as if it were new! I would strongly Porsche of Tysons Corner for both purchase of a Porsche and for keeping it well-maintained. More

I stopped by the service department of Tysons Porsche to see if they could just take a look at a scratch on my door and give me some advice on what I should do about it. I told him I didn't have much time and couldn't leave it and he offered to have one of the bodywork technicians examine it and he'd have it back to me in 20 minutes. Sure enough, 20 minutes later I not only had my car back but Alex had asked the technicians to see what they could do about cleaning up the scratch a bit. The technician described what he did to clean up the scratch and Alex had already worked up an estimate for me for when I had time to drop the car off for a full repair. Immediate personal service and no cost to me! Couldn't be any better. I have had warranty work done on this car before and Tysons Porsche did a great job and had the car ready for me on time.
