I recently went there for service and my service manager was unresponsive to my emails and calls. When I followed up with Service Director, I was told that my service manager had gone on vacation and that I would get a follow-up call shortly from a different service manager. I never received a call. Additionally, I asked them to fix a rock chip for me and instead of repairing the chip, they recommended that I order some touch up paint for $40 and apply it myself. I was hesitant because I did not feel like I had the proper skills to do the job correctly. They assured me that it was very easy. I followed their instructions exactly however the paint is a shade darker than my paint and it looks like crap. I felt they unduly pressured me into trying to fix it myself despite my hesitation. This is a Porsche dealership, one would not expect that they would push DIY jobs! Finally, they pressure you into giving them good reviews. Incredible Cars, Incredible Service I leased a Cayman last year. The sales experience through Pat Driscoll was incredible as was the financing department. Since last year, I have been into the dealership for routine maintenance and to install a sport exhaust on the car. I also ordered a car cover and luggage compartment bin from the parts department. All professional, all excellent. I just placed an order for another car with Pat. I came into the dealership and he spent hours helping me to get the configuration that was right for me. Finally, having the dealership on the Metro line is fantastic. I can drop the car off for service and jump on the Metro for work. It's a great location next to the Dulles Thruway, too. I think the general manager at this dealership has a great team. You should always consider them. More

Long Term Happy Customer Choosing the right people in an organization is difficult. Creating a home for them in which they want to stay can be even harder. Somehow Porsche of Tysons has successfully created this environment for its staff. To see the same faces over the past six years as a customer makes my experience more enjoyable. I trust the staff. They listen and genuinely want to help me. After 29 years of Porsche ownership I consider the staff Porsche friends. In particular I would like to highlight Chad Morrison, A.J. Payne and Jin Chong. Together, they make a terrific team. I’m very grateful that Chad and Jin allow me to interact with A.J. It’s not often that a dealership/service center allows the customer to interact with the mechanic. As a weekend mechanic myself, A.J. helps me understand the more technical issues that arise with my car. This interaction also makes me feel more comfortable with my repairs. Often owners seek an independent dealer once their warranty expires. Not me. Maybe I might pay a little more in an hourly rate for service, but the experience and trust of the staff are worth it. It’s the relationship that counts. After all, I still work with my mechanic of 28 years on my early 911. I look forward to working with Porsche of Tysons for many years to come because of the staff and environment. More
