He has an advanced technical knowledge to provide support and ability to recognize issues that can be resolved over the phone and issues that must be escalated to make a diagnostic appointment for immediate attention. I trust his assessment for repair and price quoting. That is hard to find in any dealership. When I used to take my Boxster to Porsche Dealer in Kentucky (Blue Grass Motors), I never trusted my service advisor. It seems like they always added something extra. With Pat, I can trust him 100 % and he has been a great Service Advisor and it is always great to see him. =) More

I purchased a 2009 certified pre-owned Audi A5. I made an appointment to see the car and when I got there, the car was being serviced. I had driven an hour from a nearby city to see the car and I had to an appointment to see the car and when I got there, the car was being serviced. I had driven an hour from a nearby city to see the car and I had to wait for an hour for a test drive. My salesman was nice enough to show me a nice restaurant close by. After seeing the car and making the decision to buy, the process was easy and routine. There wasn't much haggling as I felt the price was fair according to my research. I picked up the car the next day and received an hour long tutorial from the salesman on all of the bells and whistles on the car. Had that been the end of the story, my rating would have been higher. After driving the car for a few weeks, I felt a stuttering while cornering and took the car to an independent service location for an oil change. I was told that the right engine mount was leaking. I took the car to a local Audi dealership for warranty work, and the problem was corrected. I then wondered what else might be wrong with the car. When I checked the air and cabin filter on the car, I was surprised how dirty they both were. My salesman showed me where the brakes had been done and the tires had been replaced on the car prior to sale – why weren’t the filters changed? I ordered replacements online and changed the filters myself. As for the recommendation, I would hesitate to recommend the dealership based upon the condition of the car. I don’t regret buying the car; I just don’t see how a car could be sold with a bad engine mount, especially if the dealership is familiar with the car being sold. More

My girlfriend and I, had been looking at an Audi A4 from a private seller that we work with. She was going to sell it to us for $18,000 dollars, which was a killer deal being that it only had 40,000 miles a a private seller that we work with. We had all of the paperwork and insurance ready to go on the car when at the last minute the seller had to back out for personal reasons; we were heartbroken. I had test-driven the car myself and the feel of the Audi was simply unbeatable at our budget. I got online and saw the same exact car, with almost the same mileage, but with white leather instead of black. I called at 7pm and unexpectedly got consult on the vehicle even at that late hour. I had the pleasure of speaking with Krisanne Bender that evening, who heard my story and felt my pain, and in the end, she offered the car to me at $18,000 down from an original price of $20,500, because that is what we already had set aside. My girlfriend and I received a warm welcome when we came in to purchase our new A4, and felt so happy to have dealt with Krisanne, we sent her an edible arrangement to show our gratitude. She even sent us some excellent coffee in return! She introduced us to the service department, who was also very friendly. Chapman Audi is a good place to be, and an even better place to purchase your car. We will be purchasing another Audi very soon, and I will be sticking with Krisanne and Chapman Audi!! More

But after deciding to buy the new Audi Q5, I couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience with Chapman Porsche Audi. Emilio Guevara, my sales person, went out of his way to make sure I got a Q5 configured the way I wanted. Wayne & Olga made the rest of the process very enjoyable. Finally, Pat Volk handled my first, sale-follow-up service visit as nicely as I had grown accustomed to at Chapman Mercedes. This is an exceptional auto dealership, and I would recommend it to anyone. More

Working with Neal was my best and easiest buying experience to date. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and he took it from there.
