Unfortunately I went in for a nail in the tire and the wrong tire was replaced. Although I value having a new tire, for a tire that was not leaking , the trip and time spent was inconvenient as well as ma wrong tire was replaced. Although I value having a new tire, for a tire that was not leaking , the trip and time spent was inconvenient as well as made me doubt the technician did a full inspection of my car. The nail was extremely obvious and not possible to miss! Side wall, inner nail. Any other time, service has been amazing, but this time left me with doubts on the quality and focus of something so simple and hard to miss - if my car was up on the rack and the tech inspected the tires. I totalled my 2014 Honda Accord by hitting a deer. My insurance compny would only pay for the cost of a rental for 7 days. I knew what I wanted as my next vehicle, it was just impossible to find. Until I saw it on a popular App. Porsche Tampa and EJ, specifically, made the car buying experience quick and simple. I love the new car and have already referred another potential customer to the Dealership. More
Our first Initial service at this location was great but when we got our car back from service, found out that our 911 Manual Book was missing. After two days going back and forth with our srvice advisor, w when we got our car back from service, found out that our 911 Manual Book was missing. After two days going back and forth with our srvice advisor, with no luck and a lot of apologies, we now have no Manual Book for our 911. Tampa Service Dept. did not even offer to replace it. So, we decided not to have our 911 serviced there any more. Our new service Dept. is now Clearwater Porsche (previously Bert Smith Porsche) at their newly built (2022) hi tech facility in Clearwater.. We chose Clearwater Porsche because of their much lower cost of service cost (Shop Hourly Rate/Labor) and the type of loaner car they provide compare to Tampa since Morgon Group bought from Reeves Porsche.
