I would highly recommend Porsche Tampa. A completely professional organization not using the high pressure car sales tactics used by other dealers. The entire team was very understanding of my situation repatriating back from the middle east and having to transfer funds from overseas. I cant say enough about the team, from the initial contact through the web with Alejandro “Alex” Gailhac, then working directly with Robert Kearny during the entire sales process taking me step by step, from Jose Yunen interaction giving various options, then finalizing with Ed Trombley the business manager and the automation on all the paperwork (very high tech) and finally, Wanda Mathews was wonderful making me feel at home. GREAT JOB!!!!!! More

My service adviser was not very helpful. I am now aware that Porsche has some squeal in their breaks but the degree of squealing in my car is unacceptable. Also he told me the first time. Went for servicing that there was nothing wrong with my tire yet it keeps getting deflated and me having to go every couple of weeks to fill it up, he told me me that he was gonna get me new tires TWICE and I am still waiting for the call. My recommendation will change if Jose the GSM follows through.. I had two of my cars in for service over the last month. I would like to first off say that Denis my service advisor did what he could through.. I had two of my cars in for service over the last month. I would like to first off say that Denis my service advisor did what he could within his power and I believe honestly did his best. That said the overall experience has it's challenges. Initially my first car was scheduled for valet pick-up and no one showed up at the given time. I stayed home in order to accomodate their schedule. The caveat is that I waited almost three weeks for an appointment on a recall/regular service. After calling three times I received a call back the following day with the service team saying they forgot to add it to the schedule. So it took two additional weeks for my car to be picked up and an appointment. After my car was picked up things were going smoothly until the company had to address a paint issue that was under warranty. Due to the fact the warranty was sold by the dealer who previously owned the dealership, no paperwork existed. Then, the service team told me it was my responsibility to call the warranty company and set up an appointment to have it looked at??? So, I received my car back and the other issues were taken care of correctly. However, I am now sorting out how to deal with a paint issue and a warranty that I paid for and no one is taking responsibility. So, move on to car two... well it went a little better from a service standpoint. However, I decided to see if the dealer wanted to purchase the car from me due to the fact I am going to order a new one and 911 are highly in demand. After making several requests I received a call from a sales rep named Tim. Tim must of thought I am an idiot and gave me of somewhere in the 50's for a vehicle worth on the market 80-90K, the dealership who I have bought 4 maybe 5 cars from even has a a similar one on the lot for 91K - In all honesty, I have never had a conversation of lesser value in my life (that is not emotional, it was seriously that dumb). About 5 sec later, the new GSM called me Jose and tried to work things out. He is only with the company for 8 weeks and started off talking about all the service improvements they have had and then I walked him through all of the detail I stated above along with a bunch of additional challenges I faced. Jose did offer to work on sorting out the insurance issue for me, so at this point I am waiting to see - the three stars are for hope! LOL If it goes well, they may receive my order on a much higher end vehicle if not they will loose the business..... I would say the only really star was Denis, who I believe did his best and when a mistake happened he did work to make it right. More
