The attention and follow up during and after the purchase was outstanding. We agreed in the trade in for my car and the price of the new car based on a handshake. The new car wasn’t available for three w was outstanding. We agreed in the trade in for my car and the price of the new car based on a handshake. The new car wasn’t available for three weeks and I was able to continue driving my current car without any paperwork being signed. I was very impressed when the check for my trade in was ready at signing of the paperwork. Mike, Sam and Anthony could not have been more accommodating. They had my car ready for me to test drive, gave me a better trade in for my car than another dealer who had the same car that I purc accommodating. These chuckleheads tried to give me $72k for a 2022 BMW M4 Competition xDrive which is valued at $100k ($92k for dealer trade-in). Then when I called them out for it they sent in their AGM, Jennifer, to t M4 Competition xDrive which is valued at $100k ($92k for dealer trade-in). Then when I called them out for it they sent in their AGM, Jennifer, to try and sell me on their pathetic lowball offer. They were more interested in screwing me on my trade-in than actually selling me a Porsche. They also wrote the wrong sale price on the financial worksheet hoping I wouldn't notice. The car was $164k but they wrote it as $168k. Poor dealership all around. More

Thank you Sales, Parts, and Service! Recently I purchased a 2009 Porsche Cayman from Eric at Porsche of Stratham. With in a few days of taking delivery the car suffered a bizarre failure Recently I purchased a 2009 Porsche Cayman from Eric at Porsche of Stratham. With in a few days of taking delivery the car suffered a bizarre failure of the harmonic balancer pulley causing a fair amount of damage to the engine anciliaries. It is at times like this that you find out who has your back and who doesn't. There was much work to be done and many parts to be ordered. I was delighted by the support I received and the repair work completed. That said, what pleased me the most was the attention paid to me when I picked the vehicle up. At least seven of the dealer staff welcomed me, chatted with me and took a sincere interest my satisfaction and overall experience. Thank you, team, because that is what you are. World class service on our Cayenne Turbo and Macan Turbo! We had been having our cars serviced at Prime Porsche of Westwood for years. A problem arose with the Cayenne Turbo, and after three attempts, we were still having the same problem. One trip to Porsche of Stratham was all it took for them to correctly diagnose and fix the problem for once and for all. Not to mention, Porsche of Stratham went out of their way to accommodate us, and made the process of dropping off and picking up our cars totally painless. These people are the best!! More
