Fantastic Experience Sales Manager Matt and General Manager James were awesome to work with. What made this experience over the top was Casey the salesman. Casey was a Gol Sales Manager Matt and General Manager James were awesome to work with. What made this experience over the top was Casey the salesman. Casey was a Gold Star mechanic with Porsche so he was able to explain the mechanical side of the vehicle better than any salesman I ever had. I think Casey's ability to speak from the service side of the business along with his personality make for a GREAT combination and all dealerships should consider providing this level of service to their customers. 2017 Macan S Living in Kansas City we were not happy with the selection of vehicles we had in KC. After getting a less than helpful environment we looked online to view the inventory in St Louis. Fred Hummel was great to work even being over the phone or email. We were able to work out the details and reach a deal. The process was efficient everyone was friendly and easy to work with, from Fred to Jonathan and Jonathan (sales manager and business office).
