Good experience overall Car was clean when I got it and was kept informed of progress. Got loaner car which was super helpful. I had pirelli tires and they only last 10,000 m Car was clean when I got it and was kept informed of progress. Got loaner car which was super helpful. I had pirelli tires and they only last 10,000 miles which is expensive to replace every year. I had to ask about other options and was suprised to see there were 35,000 mile tires that have never been presented which I wish they would have last time I bought them a year ago. Lastly I found an error of over $200 in my bill and had I not caught it would have been charged that extra amount. I do like communicating with Jonathan and Jeff and Jim they are sharp people and I also was given a rebate form for tires from a service guy which was great More
