Edwin and Porsche Southpoint went above and beyond to offer a no-pressure, fact-based, information rich car buying process where everything, including the price, was exactly as promised. All paperwork was handled correctly, painlessly, and expeditiously. Edwin offered consistent, honest, clear, and responsive communication throughout the process and overall took excellent care of every aspect of my purchase. I live out of state however I am so impressed with the professionalism and politeness demonstrated by Edwin, Porsche Southpoint, and pretty much everyone I encountered who works for Hendrick Auto Group...so much so that I will purchase (and am currently in the process of purchasing) all my future vehicles from Hendrick, and have strongly recommended them to my friends who are in the market for a vehicle. I'd noted a Porsche manufacturing issue to them on Wednesday evening and it was fixed by Monday lunchtime. The part in question is quite obscure, and on a brand-new model, and yet it was in stock and clearly rush delivered to the dealership. Impressive. More
