Porsche South Shore - Service Center

My experience with the Porsche dealership in the service department in Freeport was extremely disappointing. Service manager, and his team handled my service poorly and unprofessional.. It started by me bringing in my car for service when I went to pick up my car my interior on the seat of passenger side, as well as my dashboard was damaged. I believe this was due to someone on the service team put a heavy object on the sea and damaged it, this was also in conjunction with the airbags were reconnected when they finished the service not to mention, I had a flat tire on the way home. I bought the car back and explained all of the issues that occurred service manager at the time. His name is Chris I believe did not understand what happened during the time of service I had to explain to him that all of this was. Make a long story short it took six months to get the part. No updates or calls Occurred I will never recommend I’ll go back to that dealership for service ever again and I recommend no one else go there.
