At this time I was getting nervous buying a car that I have never seen, and sending money to a guy I had never met. To a state 8 hours from me. Joe was always there to handle my concerns and he did a great job. I think that he even realized the uncomfortable position that I was in. The car was shipped and I received it a day earlier than I thought. I have had the car for 2 days now And I am happy with the way Joe and this dealership conducted themselves!! The only problem I have is that their inventory has about 50 cars that I WANT!!! Call you soon!! More

Richard Mac is very kind, passionate, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the Porsche brand. This was my first purchase of a Porsche and Richard walked me through every step. It was because of Richard Mac that I decided to make my purchase and make it at this dealership. I had been to five dealerships and if not for Richard I would probably have looked for a different brand. Richard did not disappoint me, he was there every step of the way. He worked with my schedule, was not pushy, and made time for me every time I needed him. He explained all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle in terms that a first time buyer of the Porsche brand could understand. The dealership needs work, but it is improving as I love the diversity of the staff and the new people that I have met are more personable than from my first visit there. If you go to this dealership, ask for Richard Mac!!! I guarantee that this will be one of the best purchases you will ever make, especially if Richard Mac is the one you made the purchase from. With that mind set, it really didn't feel like they were there to SELL you stuff, but rather to become friends with you and cheer for your new purchase delightedly. We stopped by this past Saturday on our day of looking for a somewhat upgraded/luxury SUV, my wife couldn't turn her eyes away from a gorgeous 2016 Cayenne with customized red leather interior. As a nice husband.. of course I'd try to get her what she wants, happy wife, happy life, why not. What really amazed was that after we've expressed our interest in the vehicle, the sales specialist that worked with us, Cary, went all above and beyond of ensuring us the condition of the vehicle, as well as helping us finding options that would help us in purchasing the vehicle, and in ensuring we get the best experience from this grand piece of work from Porsche by applying protection options, etc. not in a hard SELL way, but rather to make sure it's taken good care of. With Cary's and other staff members' professionalism and enthusiasm, we were able to drive home a brand new 2016 Cayenne that both my wife and myself loved so much!! Highly recommend this dealership for those who are looking for a Porsche in the area. More
