An extremely patient and knowledgeable young man phoned and gave me all the information with regard to the vehicle .As it was after hours I was extremely surprised to hear from a dealer so quickly and efficiently. Arrangements were made to test drive the car the next day and Farzan waited for us to arrive as it was after normal business hours. He went over and above to educate us therefore making us comfortable with our purchase. This experience was seamless and enjoyable. Francisco the Finance Manager was also terrific. He fully explained all the information needed to help us make an informed decision about available payment options. I can't give enough positive feedback about South Shore Porsche. Was I really talking to Vlad or someone using his identity. All communication had been through text and by cell phone. It only took a call to have my fear alleviated. When I called the dealership and asked to speak with a store manager, Farzan was already aware the the deal I had worked out with Vlad. They understood my concerns and continued to make the sell very easy - pretty painless. I was very happy with the my experience with South Shore and highly recommend their dealership. More

Superb Experience with someone who isn't the easiest I want to say that yes i know i can be a pain in the butt. I came to this dealership three different times to test drive three different cars and not I want to say that yes i know i can be a pain in the butt. I came to this dealership three different times to test drive three different cars and not once did i feel like the salesperson or the manager was irritated with me. I ended up leasing a Macan S for my wife and i could not be happier with the whole experience. The sales process never felt pushy or forced.
