I was trying to buy Lexus 570 from this location, and after putting the deposit for this car and agreeing on the purchase price, this finance manager changed the price on me. He has been doing this with me for the last five days. First, I thought that he was trying to make some extra money out of my pocket, but then, after rethinking his actions, I was compelled to write this review for him. I know, My review will have no impact on him, but still, I will be satisfied that I did something on my end to stop him from repeating this with anyone else. I will buy a car from somewhere else—shame on him and the management who allow such behavior. More

Customers have so many options, are CREATED! Today, more than ever, companies have to go ABOVE and BEYOND to EARN and RETAIN a customers’ loyalty. Customers have so many options, they are in the DRIVERS seat. I visited numerous Porsche dealerships. The question was, who was going to earn my business. When I began dealing with Jonathan Lopez at Porsche South Shore, he WOWed me. He only knew me as a person on the other end of a phone, but from that moment, even being a stranger, he treated me with the utmost CARE. He didn't know my story, he didn't know my background, and he didn't know ME. However, how I was initially TREATED by him sealed the deal and after a few interactions, he and Porsche South Shore team EARNED my business. In this life, I have always been taught, "Treat people how you would like to be treated." It may seem like a simple statement to live by, but it really is not. It takes WORK, it takes LISTENING, it takes DEDICATION and MORE. At the end of the day, even with all of one's best efforts, the outcome they desire may not come true. A potential DEAL may or may not go through because in life, none of us have a crystal ball, well, at least I haven't met anyone yet who has one. Jonathan took a chance on me. Thank you Jonathan. The team worked with me to swap a vehicle allocation with another dealership so I could ultimately acquire the car I desired in the Porsche line up. They set my expectations upfront by saying to please give them a couple of days and then I received the cherished phone call from Jonathan that they were able to help me in my dream creation. Thank you again. I could go on for days about my experience with the Porsche South Shore team as I had the opportunity to engage with other team members including Zachary Sweatt and Kevin Crandon. However, what a review is designed to do is to give a TASTE into the world of a brand. It is up to you, the consumer, to decide if you want to give Porsche South Shore a chance. This world is imperfect, as are all HUMAN BEINGS. However, when you are able to engage with a brand and their employees who understand the importance of HARD WORK and the meaning of TEAM WORK, who have excellent LISTENing and COMMUNICATING skills, and employ DEDICATION at every stage of the sales cycle with a HUMAN APPROACH sprinkled in, you have a recipe for a GREAT EXPERIENCE! That’s the Porsche South Shore brand. While I cannot predict the experience you will have with Porsche South Shore, as I still am unsure where to acquire my own crystal ball, what I can say is that this dealership has HEART which opens the potential for a WOWing experience. In the automotive industry, it is not always easy to deliver a PERFECT experience given there are so many variables at play, but when EFFORT and HEART are involved, you have a pretty good CHANCE for an AMAZING experience overall. Thank you Jonathan, Zachary, Kevin and the entire Porsche South Shore team for giving me a ThanksGIVING miracle of my childhood DREAM coming TRUE! I also want to GIVE a BIG SHOUT OUT to José from Elite Auto Spa, a vinyl and detailing company. José jumped in at the last minute to add a finishing touch to my Porsche and make it truly MINE! Waited over a month for a service appointment with a loaner when I got there I was left standing there. I walked up to an advisor Kevin Guo that advised me that my extended warranty was trash. He then proceeded to tell me they don’t have a loaner. I drove all the way down to the dealer to find this out. He told me he would have a driver drop off the loaner that evening. I got a call advising me someone would drop off the car the following day. It’s been three days no loaner and have heard nothing from Kevin @southshoreporsche. Some dealership. More
This is service related. I only purchase slightly used and CPO. I bought my first Porsche 718 and since I live 5 minutes from this dealer I use them for service. Absolutely the best service!!! I’ve also had Audi A5/ and TTs purchased from a local dealer and their service is very good (this was pre covid so they have sandwiches and snacks) but Porsche South Shore blows them away. Even prior to purchasing my 718 I would call the service and they would give me the real deal of what’s left on warranty. I didn’t know my Cayman was CPO Bc the BMW dealer had no idea. Porsche south shore informed me I was set for the next 4 years fully covered (definitely scored on the car didn’t pay CPO prices). I’m short I need AWD and an SUV as I know longer get a company car so I am going with a 2018 Macan GTS and sure I’ll be using their service. I pretty much complained about everything on the car so they would give it a solid look over. They knew exactly what I was doing and still looked everything over with a Macan S as my loaner for a week. I was also at the date to have Porsche service but not at the 15k miles. They were not pushy trying to sell me on doing it right away. This was my toy car. Maybe I put 300 miles on it a year so I was okay waiting till it hit 15k. No issues at all. This experience made me say I’ll never drive anything but a Porsche and the reason I’ll go with the Macan over the Range Sport More

I would like to place on record my admiration for Jonathan's commitment and professionalism which was evident right from the setting up an appointment, to showing me the vehicle and on to the test drive. Not only was he transparent about the issues with the used vehicle but also got the same taken care off and fixed prior to delivery. His advice and support continued through the process of completing the paperwork and payments. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the procedural requirements and he has stayed in touch to inquire about issues even post delivery of the vehicle. I look forward to working with him in the future and wish him all the best in all his future endeavors. More
Spent nearly 2700 as labor charge to replace a vacuum pump, air cleaner cartridge and annual service (oil change, filter change and drain clean). Total came around $4100. Is this normal?????????? Even if you pay $300 per hour to do this service should have spent at-least 9 hours!!! and the most funniest part after charging this much they didn't even clean water drain under the hood. More
