We found the car we wanted online listed at a price well below market. But of course you have to try to get a better deal so we asked more than once for a lower price but he held firm. I actually was pleasantly surprised b/c as a business owner I always appreciate a vendor that offers their best price upfront. A very fair and honest approach in this industry. Our Finance Director, Carmen was also very professional and did not try any hard-sell techniques for extras we didn't need or want. Also Carmen actually has a very impressive finance background which is rare again in this industry. Normally auto dealerships fill this position with glorified salesmen. He also spent extra time finding us the lowest finance rate which was again below what we expected for a used vehicle. The entire process was quick and seamless including their full service vehicle registration - we drove off WITH our permanent tag! More
