With three employees sittin The first five minutes of entering the building after entering the garage drive thru with our car we were totally ignored. With three employees sitting around a desk visibly in sight of our entry it was hard to believe absolutely no acknowledgement or greeted us. But soon after Stuart greeted us, welcomed us and very soon after had entered all the information and fully explained the service process. After walking around the dealership via instructions from the two guest service agents (very polite), we were then offered a service car to the nearby mall if we did not want to remain at the dealership while our vehicle was being serviced. Tyler drove us to the mall and was very knowledgeable about the mall and area. Upon completion of the service Stuart contacted us and Tyler picked us up shortly thereafter. The vehicle was cleaned and ready to go upon our return. I would highly recommend this dealership But would add a greeting to brand new customers that had never been there before might not be a bad idea as an ice breaker. More
