I recently had the opportunity to trade in my 2016 Cayenne for a 2021 Cayenne at Porsche South Orlando, and the experience exceeded all of my expectations. Ricardo Rivera (Porsche Brand Ambassador) an Cayenne for a 2021 Cayenne at Porsche South Orlando, and the experience exceeded all of my expectations. Ricardo Rivera (Porsche Brand Ambassador) and the entire team were absolutely amazing. Ricardo made the trade-in process seamless and stress-free, providing top-notch customer service throughout. What really stood out was Ricardo's follow-up after the purchase—he set me up with a Porsche Pro a week later to ensure I fully understood all the technology in my new Cayenne and got everything set up just right for me. It was such a thoughtful touch and made all the difference. If you're in the market for a Porsche, I highly recommend visiting Ricardo at Porsche South Orlando. I'll definitely be sending friends and family his way! More
Chad Zarnow and GM Raj Alexander don't respect people's time or care about welcoming customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Worst service. No one calls you back. They were incapable of diagnosing a problem with my brand new Taycan. Took it to another dealer and it was instantly fixed. I stupidly used South Orlando for a free detailing. My car came back with a huge slice in the plastic under carriage and my computer is malfunctioning. They have not called me back about it after 3 days. These clowns do not deliver on anything they promise. Stay away from them. There are other Porsche dealers that give WAY better service. I wouldn’t let them touch my car again. More

I assumed since that’s what was discussed, I signed the paperwork only to find out the next day when they emailed me a copy of the documents that they financed me for 72 months. I understand I should have read what I was signing but the communication was not there. I also asked that my windows be tinted and that wasn’t done. Instead I was signed up for every warranty imaginable. So I’m financing a $21,000 car I put $15,000 down on and I’m stuck financing the balance and all of the extras I didn’t agree to for 6 years. And I’m still waiting for the refund from the window tint that I paid for. More
We bought a cayenne here in may 2022. They were amazing then or so we thought. Since we bought the car we have and to replace the tires because one was bald and of course it’s a Porsche s They were amazing then or so we thought. Since we bought the car we have and to replace the tires because one was bald and of course it’s a Porsche so you can’t just replace one and we had the have the brakes and rotators and brake sensors replaced because they were 96% worn and the sensors were not working so we didn’t even know until they did an inspection when we got the oil changed at a different location. I called them to advise and they said basically not their problem - brakes wear down. I said in ) months they went from the supposed 60% they documented oj the pre certified paperwork to this?!?! He said yes- sorry. So I’m out 4K on something that should have been looked at prior to selling this car! I will never buy from there again and I we are in the market for another - but nope! More
My 1988 Slantnose turbo cabriolet broke down while driving to work. Had it towed to this dealership. Worst experience and worst service ever! I am fortunate enough to own a bunch of high end cars incl driving to work. Had it towed to this dealership. Worst experience and worst service ever! I am fortunate enough to own a bunch of high end cars including several Porsches and Ferrari. My car arrived on a tow truck and after $9600, my car left on a tow truck to an independent mechanic with Experience in air cooled engines 2-1/2 weeks later. While at the dealership, my service advisor (George), NEVER returned my phone calls and only texted me for approvals for additional work and more money. His lame excuse was that he was dialing a 407 area code number and mine is a 408. He managed to text me for parts and approvals without any trouble however. After reviewing my bill and having the independent mechanic check all of their work, it turns out, I was billed for parts they never placed, and LOTS of hours for labor and never ever got my car to run. It turns out, that they don't even have the equipment to work on these old cars. I left 3 messages for the General Manager who never returned my calls. I left 3 messages for the Service Manager who finally called back and tells me he never received my messages funny, it was his same voice in the voice mail message that I left my voicemail with. Must be a culture of NOT answering their phone calls at this dealership beginning with the General Manager. I would have NEVER discovered that they had billed me for expensive parts that they never placed and for labor they never did had it not been for Karl, the Independent Porsche mechanic who got my car to work in a matter of hours and NOT weeks like the dealership who finally could not get it to run after two weeks and a number of amateur attempts. What these people should have done is be honest and tell me that they don't have the expertise or the tools to work on my classic Porsche. Instead of wasting my time and money. One of the shop workers told me that they didn't have the equipment to test the injectors, fuel pressures, etc. I was going to buy a pre-owned GT2RS they had on the floor but I am going to shop elsewhere now. These people have no concept of what customer service is. This is NOT what I expect from Porsche. With Disney so close here perhaps, their staff should take lessons... Since your contact, the dealership has reimbursed me for the starter that they never replaced and the labor. If it weren’t for the independent shop, I would have never know, that I was billed for parts and labor that was never done. That’s fraud! Plain and simple. What else am I being billed for that they never did? More
