I brought my 2006 CaymanS here twice--for its 2-year and 4-year check-ups. Both times it was a very pleasant experience: a spot-on estimate, open and friendly attitude, patient explanations, and apparently 4-year check-ups. Both times it was a very pleasant experience: a spot-on estimate, open and friendly attitude, patient explanations, and apparently great work on the car. This last time, since my wait would be longer, George Ayoub kindly offered me a loaner. Also consulted me when a service question came up. There are other Porsche service centers closer to my home, but I went to Tischer because of a poor experience locally and word-of-mouth that they were good. Will certainly continue to do so. More
I gave this dealership a high rating for a couple of reasons. First, George is very knowledgable, he listens carefully and gets the job done. Also, I frequently ask technical questions. Not only does reasons. First, George is very knowledgable, he listens carefully and gets the job done. Also, I frequently ask technical questions. Not only does George get the answers to my questions, but he brings the mechanic who is knowledgable about my question out to talk to me in the customer area. At the most recent service, I asked how to disconnect the electrical switch under the seat so that I could remove the seat. I did not want to break the switch fiddling with it. The mechanic explained how to do it, zeroxed a copy of both halves of the switch and then drew instructions on the xerox to make it easy for me. This is service beyond anything I have had anywhere else. More

Tisher Porsche sales & service is first rate; I have dealt with them for about 10 years. Sales professional Jay Cleiman is knowledgeable, professional and a long time Porsche owner--he "gets it . . ." dealt with them for about 10 years. Sales professional Jay Cleiman is knowledgeable, professional and a long time Porsche owner--he "gets it . . ." The service team is super: George Ayoub, the new service manager is courteous, responsive and helpful--someone who listens to your issues and tries to solve problems. The technical team of Leo, Rich and Mike inspire confidence and deliver results. They may be owned now by MileOne, a large corporate multi-dealer enterprise, but you are still treated as if this was a single-unit, family owned business. All in all, I keep coming back for sales and I use them eclusively for service, even post warranty. More
I have been meaning to write this for a few weeks now so here it goes. I had a problem with my Cayenne brakes making a grinding noise. I went to Tischer where Casey met me at the door and went out of his here it goes. I had a problem with my Cayenne brakes making a grinding noise. I went to Tischer where Casey met me at the door and went out of his way to find Tom who was helping another customer. Tom quickly helped me and got his guys on it while I waited. Mike the mechanic checked over my car and found that my front brakes were worn out and my tires were really bad. I was due for a service and my brake fluid was dirty. I was shocked when Mike showed me the tires. Mike did a great job fixing my Porsche and making it safe for me. I like the way Mike explained the repairs in plain English. I did not feel intimidated or talked down to at all. I really recommend Mike to all of us who are not as car savvy as most. Great job Tischer! More
After taking my Porsche to three other dealers for a creaking noise only to be told this was normal or they could not find it. I took it to Tischer were Tom the service director had me ride with Mike th creaking noise only to be told this was normal or they could not find it. I took it to Tischer were Tom the service director had me ride with Mike the tech. After a short ride Mike had a good idea of what the noise was. It was the front ball joint-control arm. It was very apparent that this young man knows his stuff. It turns out he has been working on porsche sense 1989.I am very happy to have found him and Tischer in genral. I will return for all my service needs. More
I took my 2006 Porsche Cayman S to Tischer for Brake service due to another Porsche dealer damaging my braking system. I usually take my car to Tischer but I no longer worked in the area so took it to P service due to another Porsche dealer damaging my braking system. I usually take my car to Tischer but I no longer worked in the area so took it to Porsche of Arlington which I will NEVER do again. I brought it to Arlington for the 20,000 mile service, even though I only had 14,000 miles on her. The service included a brake flush of the system. After pulling out of the dealer lot i could not stop the car and had to pump the brakes and pull the E-Brake to get the car to stop. I almost rear ended a car in front of me. I turned around and made it back to the dealer to inform them of the problem. The technician took it out for a test drive but could not figure out why the braking system would not work. They wanted to charge me for a few hours of diagnosis to figure out the problem even though it did not have this problem when I brought the car in. My car is under warranty and I asked why it would not be covered, I was told the labor/ diagnosis time is not covered. I was surprised the dealer (Porsche of Arlington) let me leave the lot without such an important safety device in working order. Very upset I called the dealer which I usually take my car to, Tischer. I explained the problem to Casey Parkin who I was transferred to. It was not his department but he went out of his way to listen and help me to get an appointment the same day. I received a call back from Raymond Pollard to verify the situation and had me explain the problem in depth with one of the technicians, Mike Cohen. I brought the car in right away and was greeted by Jessica Lewis. I was given a 2008 boxster as a loaner and went on my way. The next day I was called the next day by Raymond Pollard who informed me of what was done and it was covered under warranty. I returned on a saturday to pick up my car which was vacuumed and washed. Extremely satisfied I drove off. Even though Tischer is not as close for me to visit, I will not take my Audi or Porsche to any other dealer. I highly recommend the professional excellent service from Tischer, I wish all dealers had the level of service that Tischer has. More
I have been a client of this deaership for 10 years, for both sales and services. I have purchased 3 Porsches and all have been solely serviced at Tischer. The quality of the Sales and Service staff is seco both sales and services. I have purchased 3 Porsches and all have been solely serviced at Tischer. The quality of the Sales and Service staff is second to none in friendliness, support, product knowledge and caring for your needs. They known me by my first name and by my "nick" name ! I have partied with them and shared stories. In short they become a part of your family. Tom, the head of Porsche Service goes well beyond to please and care for your needs, Porsche and even my wife's Audi. He is top shelf. Chaz, the Sales manager always has the latest in Porsche news and always is there to greet me when I walk into the showroom, to just hi!! Very Porfessional and never , " pushy". Jay, the lead sales associate, is a good friend and we often talk more about life than Porsche, that is how pleasant it is to be in his company, He knows his Porsche stuff too, and is both prudent and direct when you need answers. All in all a top quality dealership, that deserves priase for its true customer support and for its caring for their needs, in a very relaxed and professional manner More

The check engine light came on in the middle of a drive.I pulled into Tischer with no apointment and the service manager got one of his top techs to give it a quick look. It turns out I did not tighen the gas cap properly and Mike reset the light than took the time to answer all my questions about the car a good 45 minutes of his time. They did not even charge me and Mike did not want to take a tip.He said it is all just part of his job and he was glad he could help. I now will only take my car to Mike for service and Tischer for my Porsche needs. A frist class dealer. More
