I had a cracked windshield and contacted my insurance company for an OEM replacement. Porsche Silver Spring was able to accommodate me quickly to have it replaced. Though loaner vehicles are in short supply these days, the team was able to accommodate me quickly which I was thankful for! Careful to not come across like a dealer trying to sell me something, their careful eyes also caught that my brake pads and rotors were running low and offered to send me a video (which I gladly obliged) and sure enough, I was down to 2mm worth of pad material! I'm thankful that Porsche Silver Spring has my safety in mind as I would have never caught it. On my 4th Porsche (2 Cayennes & and 2 911's), Linda (service manager) and Marques (technician) has always taken care of me. I wish I had more stars to give but they're all working at Porsche Silver Spring. More

Every experience I've had at this location has been pleasant and as convenient as possible. My service advisor, Elvis, always keeps me informed about what's happening with my vehicle. Kofi Bediako is incredibly responsive, thorough, thoughtful and a terrific person. It’s the second time he’s taken care of my car for scheduled maintenance, windshield replacement and a couple small thoughtful and a terrific person. He goes above and beyond, even kept my car for a few extra days as a courtesy while I was out of the country, and handles feedback and concerns very well, which is super important. He coordinates with Adrian Williams who a great salesman even post sale on pre-paid coverage so I have little to do (thanks Adrian!). During our conversation, I mentioned I was considering trading in my Cayenne for a newer model. Kofi then introduced me to Adrianne. Adrianne was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, listening attentively to my wants and needs. He laid out my options regarding the trade-in and took excellent care of me throughout the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Bruce. I have never felt so valued and at ease until my visit today. Having been to other locations around the area without a good experience, this visit was a refreshing change. The brand new, squeaky clean, bright facilities are as detailed and shiny as the new cars. Tyheshia took over after Elvis, my Service Advisor, greeted me as I pulled in, confirmed today's work, and immediately started following up with progress. Today I am waiting as it is a minor service, and each customer is made to feel at home. In the background I hear friendly conversations, some laughter, and some longtime customers discussing showroom models. I have been returning to Porsche Silver Spring for over a decade due to this friendly, welcoming atmosphere. My previous Porsche dealerships struck me as cold and aloof. Here, you are among friends. Meanwhile, in the service area, the outstanding technician team, led by the Service Manager, Linda, keep my car feeling and running like new! They are awesome, and I appreciate their efforts. Here comes Elvis with an estimated completion time... We are right on schedule, as usual. My personal 'Porsche Experience' happens at the dealership, and the team here makes it very special.
