I had purchased a Cayenne e-Hybrid from out of State which I promptly brought in for an inspection and service. Prior to the purchase, I had phoned Linda Harouna where she gave me some advice and things which I promptly brought in for an inspection and service. As soon the deal was done, I immediately brought it in for Linda and team to conduct a full inspection. The inspection was thorough and both Linda and the technician Yuri gave me a detailed and thorough review of their findings. I received recommendations to get the car factory fresh immediately got on the schedule for some simple maintenance. Over the years, the team at Porsche Silver Spring has always earned my business and regardless if they were servicing my 911 Turbo or the newly acquired Cayenne, my experience has always reflected ones' expectations from a brand such as Porsche. I said the same thing in my last review following the service on my 911, there is a reason why Porsche Silver Spring is the defacto Porsche service center in the Mid-Atlantic. There is nothing pretentious here as you'll be valued, respected and appreciated for placing your Porsche in their care. More

Of all the cars I have owned in my years of driving and all of the dealerships I have dealt with Porsche Silver Spring has been the only one that sends me a video of the walk around inspection and the servicing as it’s being performed and let me know the exact status of my car which is a first for me! The concierge‘s experience is so convenient and fun because they always send me a loaner that’s a step above the one I have being serviced and allows us to see what our next possible car would be and all the new technology developments. I know they dangle that carrot on purpose but My wife and I welcome it! couple that with the personal relationship I have with the service manager and the team and I truly feel that we are part of the Porsche family and they have my best interest in mind. The team at Porsche Silver Spring are the de-facto dealer in the DC area. The service manager Linda is highly regarded in the enthusiast community. Now I've purchased or leased 2 Macan's and a 911 from Porsche of Silver Spring and have continued to have them all serviced at the dealership. My service advisor, Linda Harouna, is a fantastic brand ambassador for Porsche and continues to offer great service. She goes out of her way to make sure I'm happy with the service and is clear and direct about what work needs to be done. This started with my previously owned Boxster and continues today. More
