We understand that purchasing a Porsche out of state can have some limitations as it relates to aftersale service and the information given when purchased. In this case, it appears the selling dealer did not fully explain the program. Your annual service would have been covered by Porsche if it was completed within the first year of ownership. Unfortunately, that time period had expired. Again, we appreciate having the opportunity to assist and complete the service at no cost to you.
