Porsche Silver Spring dealership is actually 45 minutes away from me but I chose to do business with them because the buying experience was amazing and the salesman who sold me the car contacted me persona away from me but I chose to do business with them because the buying experience was amazing and the salesman who sold me the car contacted me personally, sent me a picture and then here I am driving my dream car at age 60. Of all the cars I have owned in my years of driving and all of the dealerships I have dealt with Porsche Silver Spring has been the only one that sends me a video of the walk around inspection and the servicing as it’s being performed and let me know the exact status of my car which is a first for me! The concierge‘s experience is so convenient and fun because they always send me a loaner that’s a step above the one I have being serviced and allows us to see what our next possible car would be and all the new technology developments. I know they dangle that carrot on purpose but My wife and I welcome it! couple that with the personal relationship I have with the service manager and the team and I truly feel that we are part of the Porsche family and they have my best interest in mind. Now I've purchased or leased 2 Macan's and a 911 from Porsche of Silver Spring and have continued to have them all serviced at the dealership. My service advisor, Linda Harouna, is a fantastic brand ambassador for Porsche and continues to offer great service. She goes out of her way to make sure I'm happy with the service and is clear and direct about what work needs to be done. This started with my previously owned Boxster and continues today. More
