After a few phone conversations, I traveled to Silver Springs to test drive a similar model (the car I wanted was still in Germany). The sales process was smooth, comfortable, and Martin’s great communication continued throughout the month as my car was making its way to the US. When it arrived, Martin taught me everything I needed to know about my gorgeous Cayenne e-hybrid, Gen guided me through all the financial processing and presented additional service options (without pressure), and Bruce joined in for some friendly conversation. This group is so fantastic that I’ll likely drive 45 min to Silver Springs to work with their service department when needed, because I’m sure they will be as good as the sales department. Elvis has taken care of me for years, finding workable solutions for repairs covered under warranty. This time it was a failing water pump that they noticed upon inspection, catching it before it created solutions for repairs covered under warranty. I purchased a Macan 4 Electric from this dealership in March 2025. (Although, the deal was finalized in December 2024, it took a while for Porsche to complete the build and ship from Germany.) I mostly interacted with Jin, the salesperson, and sometimes with Kevin, the Sales Manager. Both were super helpful and went out of their way to help me decide. For example, when I asked for a second test drive along an undivided highway (to check for oncoming traffic glare), Jin and Kevin devised a useful route and that resolved my doubts about selecting this. So, it was a no brainer for me to buy this vehicle here - deeply caring sales force, good pricing, and a wonderful showroom to spend time in! A special shout out to Jin, who helped me through multiple visits to select the right colors and accessories- she is a gem! Gen in Finance and Bruce, the General Manager, were also fantastically nice and made my purchase so much easier. Not an easy task since this was my first automobile purchase in 18 years. And I cannot talk enough of the wonderful showroom! Great place, super helpful people, best prices, an outstanding product (full disclosure: I’ve had it only for three days but I love it!) practically my backyard.- what’s not to love? More
