I had the best experience visiting the Porsche dealership at the Silver Spring location. I went in for a regular maintenance service and was greeted by Kofi. He was extremely polite and took his time to expl at the Silver Spring location. I went in for a regular maintenance service and was greeted by Kofi. He was extremely polite and took his time to explain everything that would be done to my car. He also gave me valuable advice on how to keep my car in the best shape possible. During our conversation, I mentioned I was considering trading in my Cayenne for a newer model. Kofi then introduced me to Adrianne. Adrianne was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, listening attentively to my wants and needs. He laid out my options regarding the trade-in and took excellent care of me throughout the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Bruce. I have never felt so valued and at ease until my visit today. Having been to other locations around the area without a good experience, this visit was a refreshing change. I’m excited to have met Kofi, Adrianne, and Bruce, and I’m looking forward to coming back! More

One of the best car buying experience that I have ever had. As soon as you walk into the office you are immediately greeted by their friendly staff and your adviser is immediately available no waiting ar had. When I first contacted the dealership my advisor actually send me a video of the car and its features what a great touch. I worked with Adrian, Khalil and Gen they all spend as much time that was needed to explain everything in all of its intricate details. "They were all amazing". They made the entire process more about the Porsche experience rather than buying a car. One of the best dealership and staff that I have ever worked with. Can't wait to go back there again soon! I would say the majority of our experience was excellent, from our interactions with salespeople and the manager, education about Porsche and its vehicles, walking my wife and I through the differences betwe from our interactions with salespeople and the manager, education about Porsche and its vehicles, walking my wife and I through the differences between each car, and their overall patience with us as we became familiar with and chose our first Porsche. It took us about a year to get our vehicle and both Bruce and Adrian were upfront and detailed with their updates on where things stood. The delivery experience was exceptional and both Adrian and Bruce were very willing to work within my busy schedule, which I appreciate. The whole experience makes me look forward to working with this dealership and purchasing another Porsche (hopefully a 911) with them in the future! The only complaint my wife and I would have would be the length of time our purchasing experience took. Due to my job, we arrived for a 6PM purchase experience, but was not able to complete it until close to 10PM. I understand these things take time and I have no ill will towards the staff, I get why it takes a long time, but it became a little trying by the end after working a whole day and trying to power through it without dinner. I would recommend the staff do whatever they can to speed up or simplify the actual lease/finance experience at the time of car delivery if they are able. More
