I would say the majority of our experience was excellent, from our interactions with salespeople and the manager, education about Porsche and its vehicles, walking my wife and I through the differences betwe from our interactions with salespeople and the manager, education about Porsche and its vehicles, walking my wife and I through the differences between each car, and their overall patience with us as we became familiar with and chose our first Porsche. It took us about a year to get our vehicle and both Bruce and Adrian were upfront and detailed with their updates on where things stood. The delivery experience was exceptional and both Adrian and Bruce were very willing to work within my busy schedule, which I appreciate. The whole experience makes me look forward to working with this dealership and purchasing another Porsche (hopefully a 911) with them in the future! The only complaint my wife and I would have would be the length of time our purchasing experience took. Due to my job, we arrived for a 6PM purchase experience, but was not able to complete it until close to 10PM. I understand these things take time and I have no ill will towards the staff, I get why it takes a long time, but it became a little trying by the end after working a whole day and trying to power through it without dinner. I would recommend the staff do whatever they can to speed up or simplify the actual lease/finance experience at the time of car delivery if they are able. More
