Every experience I've had at this location has been pleasant and as convenient as possible. My service advisor, Elvis, always keeps me informed about what's happening with my vehicle. He lets me know a pleasant and as convenient as possible. My service advisor, Elvis, always keeps me informed about what's happening with my vehicle. He lets me know about the amenities the dealership has, like the lounge area, shuttles, or loaner cars. This makes my visits super comfortable. Linda, the service manager makes me confident my Porsche will be taken care of properly. He goes above and beyond, even kept my car for a few extra days as a courtesy while I was out of the country, and handles feedback and concerns very well, which is super important. He coordinates with Adrian Williams who a great salesman even post sale on pre-paid coverage so I have little to do (thanks Adrian!).
