He goes above and beyond, even kept my car for a few extra days as a courtesy while I was out of the country, and handles feedback and concerns very well, which is super important. He coordinates with Adrian Williams who a great salesman even post sale on pre-paid coverage so I have little to do (thanks Adrian!). I had the best experience visiting the Porsche dealership at the Silver Spring location. I went in for a regular maintenance service and was greeted by Kofi. He was extremely polite and took his time to expl at the Silver Spring location. I went in for a regular maintenance service and was greeted by Kofi. He was extremely polite and took his time to explain everything that would be done to my car. He also gave me valuable advice on how to keep my car in the best shape possible. During our conversation, I mentioned I was considering trading in my Cayenne for a newer model. Kofi then introduced me to Adrianne. Adrianne was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, listening attentively to my wants and needs. He laid out my options regarding the trade-in and took excellent care of me throughout the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Bruce. I have never felt so valued and at ease until my visit today. Having been to other locations around the area without a good experience, this visit was a refreshing change. As soon as you walk into the office you are immediately greeted by their friendly staff and your adviser is immediately available no waiting ar had. When I first contacted the dealership my advisor actually send me a video of the car and its features what a great touch.
