This was one of the best lease experiences I've had to date and I've had more than a few since 2020. This being my 10th lease and 2nd Porsche. The communication, experience and everything in between was truly amazing. In very few instances over the course of my leases has the GM ever been involved. Bruce was simply on top of it right from the get go. Adrian in Sales, Gen in Finance - super easy to work with and personable, made things super seamless. I've tried to lease at my local Fairfield Country Porsche dealers and never got the customer experience the team at Silver Spring delivered. Every experience I've had at this location has been pleasant and as convenient as possible. My service advisor, Elvis, always keeps me informed about what's happening with my vehicle. He lets me know a pleasant and as convenient as possible. My service advisor, Elvis, always keeps me informed about what's happening with my vehicle. He lets me know about the amenities the dealership has, like the lounge area, shuttles, or loaner cars. This makes my visits super comfortable. Linda, the service manager makes me confident my Porsche will be taken care of properly. I also appreciate Jerrell the service technician sending videos to educate me on exactly what my car needs and how to take care of it in the future. This is the best dealership I have ever visited.
