I took my 2006 Porsche Cayman S to Tischer for Brake service due to another Porsche dealer damaging my braking system. I usually take my car to Tischer but I no longer worked in the area so took it to P service due to another Porsche dealer damaging my braking system. I usually take my car to Tischer but I no longer worked in the area so took it to Porsche of Arlington which I will NEVER do again. I brought it to Arlington for the 20,000 mile service, even though I only had 14,000 miles on her. The service included a brake flush of the system. After pulling out of the dealer lot i could not stop the car and had to pump the brakes and pull the E-Brake to get the car to stop. I almost rear ended a car in front of me. I turned around and made it back to the dealer to inform them of the problem. The technician took it out for a test drive but could not figure out why the braking system would not work. They wanted to charge me for a few hours of diagnosis to figure out the problem even though it did not have this problem when I brought the car in. My car is under warranty and I asked why it would not be covered, I was told the labor/ diagnosis time is not covered. I was surprised the dealer (Porsche of Arlington) let me leave the lot without such an important safety device in working order. Very upset I called the dealer which I usually take my car to, Tischer. I explained the problem to Casey Parkin who I was transferred to. It was not his department but he went out of his way to listen and help me to get an appointment the same day. I received a call back from Raymond Pollard to verify the situation and had me explain the problem in depth with one of the technicians, Mike Cohen. I brought the car in right away and was greeted by Jessica Lewis. I was given a 2008 boxster as a loaner and went on my way. The next day I was called the next day by Raymond Pollard who informed me of what was done and it was covered under warranty. I returned on a saturday to pick up my car which was vacuumed and washed. Extremely satisfied I drove off. Even though Tischer is not as close for me to visit, I will not take my Audi or Porsche to any other dealer. I highly recommend the professional excellent service from Tischer, I wish all dealers had the level of service that Tischer has. More

Although the wait for my custom-ordered car was long, the moment you turn the key in the ignition and drive away it is all forgotten... I would definitely recommend Tischer Porsche and Mr. Parkin, their attention to detail, level of service and the willingness to go the extra mile are what makes buying a Porsche that much more special. I have been a client of this deaership for 10 years, for both sales and services. I have purchased 3 Porsches and all have been solely serviced at Tischer. The quality of the Sales and Service staff is seco both sales and services. I have purchased 3 Porsches and all have been solely serviced at Tischer. The quality of the Sales and Service staff is second to none in friendliness, support, product knowledge and caring for your needs. They known me by my first name and by my "nick" name ! I have partied with them and shared stories. In short they become a part of your family. Tom, the head of Porsche Service goes well beyond to please and care for your needs, Porsche and even my wife's Audi. He is top shelf. Chaz, the Sales manager always has the latest in Porsche news and always is there to greet me when I walk into the showroom, to just hi!! Very Porfessional and never , " pushy". Jay, the lead sales associate, is a good friend and we often talk more about life than Porsche, that is how pleasant it is to be in his company, He knows his Porsche stuff too, and is both prudent and direct when you need answers. All in all a top quality dealership, that deserves priase for its true customer support and for its caring for their needs, in a very relaxed and professional manner More
I searched for months on the web for the perfect used Porsche, found it at Tischer, and called them out of the blue. They were immediately attentive and friendly. Casey Parkin called me regularly with Porsche, found it at Tischer, and called them out of the blue. They were immediately attentive and friendly. Casey Parkin called me regularly with follow ups on the car. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and things he didn't readily know the answer to he didn't try to BS me, he said he would have to look into it and get back with me - which he promptly did. I also got a follow up phone call from the Sales Manager asking me if everything was ok - not pushy, just wanted to know if his salesman was taking good care of me. I got an email from the overall manager of the dealership asking me if everything was ok. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was treated royally, with great respect and friendliness. Casey handed me the keys and stepped back to patiently let me inspect the car inside and out - only speaking when I asked questions. Same on the test drive. I had some tricky financing issues (out of state buyer, etc.) and they worked with me without problem. They charge less than $100 on top of the agreed upon sticker price to cover all titling, plates, finance work, detailing, full tank of gas, etc. They even put on four new tires after the agreed upon price without changing the price (which is no small matter on a Porsche). So, the price we agreed upon was almost exactly what I paid (plus taxes). On the way home, a small piece of trim (headlight washer cover) came off. I called Casey and he immediately put one in the mail to me, no charge. On top of that, he called me the next day to see if I was happy with the car. Best of all, I got a great price on a great car. I just got my new and frist Porsche 911 from another dealer in Virginia had a bad time there and will not return. The check engine light came on in the middle of a drive.I pulled into Tischer with no ap dealer in Virginia had a bad time there and will not return. The check engine light came on in the middle of a drive.I pulled into Tischer with no apointment and the service manager got one of his top techs to give it a quick look. It turns out I did not tighen the gas cap properly and Mike reset the light than took the time to answer all my questions about the car a good 45 minutes of his time. They did not even charge me and Mike did not want to take a tip.He said it is all just part of his job and he was glad he could help. I now will only take my car to Mike for service and Tischer for my Porsche needs. A frist class dealer. More
This was the best car buying experience I've had in over forty years of buying cars. Casey Parkin got me the Porsche I wanted, he helped me decide on options that I wanted and those that I didn't need. T forty years of buying cars. Casey Parkin got me the Porsche I wanted, he helped me decide on options that I wanted and those that I didn't need. The price I paid was very fair and they don't add dealer mark ups on limited production or hard to find cars. John Moore More
As a long time loyal Mercedes-Benz owner/enthuses, the decision to purchase the new Porsche Cayenne GTS over the Mercedes- Benz AMG ML63 was not an easy one, but the folks at Tischer Porsche in Silver Spr decision to purchase the new Porsche Cayenne GTS over the Mercedes- Benz AMG ML63 was not an easy one, but the folks at Tischer Porsche in Silver Spring, MD made the entire purchasing experience extremely smooth and comfortable. After my initial visit to the dealership and meeting with my sales rep. (Casey Perkin), I walked away from the dealership feeling more informed and knowledgeable about the new GTS’s features and performance; yet still not feeling that overwhelming pressure you often get from a visit to your average dealers' showroom. Casey was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he take time explaining and demonstrate the features of the new GTS. He also spent time finding out how I plan to use my new GTS to best match me up with a GTS that offers features that fits with my lifestyle. In the history of my car buying experience, this was first time that a car salesperson actually took the time to figure out what vehicle may best work for me, rather than simply keep trying to pushing his product. Awesome experience, if you've never experience it. This level of comfort, professionalism and product experience was also observed when meeting with other members of the Tischer Porsche sales and finance team. After my decision was made to purchase the GTS, and which one I wanted to purchase, the rest was easy. The Sales Manager (Chas Conklin) worked up several available financial options and offered an attractive discount off the vehicles’ MSRP to help accommodate my budget. The entire purchase experience was delightful and a large portion of the credit goes to Casey and the folks at Tischer Porsche in Silver Spring, MD. If you or someone you know is in the market for a new/used Porsche, I highly recommend paying a visit to the Tischer Porsche dealer in Silver Spring, MD and asking for Casey Perkins. I know from experience that he and the folks there will take good care of you! More

The salesperson (Casey Parkin) kept his eye out for the type of Porsche I was looking for (911 Cab 4S) and called me when a low-mileage example came in on trade (saving me $25,000 vs. new). In addition to type of Porsche I was looking for (911 Cab 4S) and called me when a low-mileage example came in on trade (saving me $25,000 vs. new). In addition to being a knowledgeable salesperson, Casey and the others at the dealership seem like genuine car guys. About two months after purchase I had a slight issue with the roof and called Porsche roadside (another great experience) and surprised the dealership by bringing it in without an appointment. They not only turned it around in a day but went out of their way to secure a Porsche loaner for me to drive. Only drawback to Tischer is limited space on their lot--many cars crammed into a small footprint--otherwise the buying experience is what you'd expect. This is my 3rd 911 and I plan on purchasing my next Porsche from Casey at Tischer. More
