Xeni was very knowledgeable about the car’s operation, options, etc. On our test drive, he quickly realized that I have had racing experience and that there was no need for him to drive to demonstrate the car’s capabilities. We took a nice, long drive on a variety of roads that gave me an excellent introduction to just how wonderful this automobile is. Casey was the person I negotiated with - he was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He even threw in a trip to the Porsche Experience in Atlanta after learning of my racing interest! Even offered to place a deposit on the car, but they put a "gentleman's hold". He raised the price on Thursday when I was ready to close the deal - very unethical dealer - you run a Porsche dealership, not a used car lot.... extremely disappointed in Mile-One's Management. Followup - Had a discussion with GM Jim Gordon, a true gentlemen (just like his father, Herb), worked things out with my wife and myself to purchase a Macan - Outstanding delivery and customer service from Sam (Finance) & Chas (Sales).. Chas Conklin and Silver Spring Porsche helped me get the perfect car - instead of trying to sell me a lot of options at double the price Chas listened to how I would use the car, and explained the basics and I was able to order a guards red 718 with only the PDK (automatic/manual transmission option) , safety lane change assist, power/heated seats and connect for iphone integration. I love the car, and it comes standard with all the great features that I need - the most important one being fun to drive. More

Drove 2.5 hours for a scheduled test drive and showed up 1 hour early only to be told the car wasn't ready and to go get lunch. After lunch, I went back to dealership to be told that someone else just showed up to and is first in line. After reminding them I was there 1 hour ago, they didn't care. The car was sold. I am not upset that they sold the car as it is a beautiful car. My frustration is nobody seemed to care about customer service. The GM apologizes but blames service for not having the car ready. How about taking responsibility for your dealership How about honoring commitments/appts made ahead of time. I would expect for $100K, dealers would pay more attention to this. Ultimately there will be a Porsche in my driveway but it wont come from this dealership. That is a guarantee! More

Most sales personnel would try to move to a likely purchasing customer (with "here is my card" line) but he took his time answered all my questions and when I called with follow up questions he provided unbiased answers, when he missed my calls (I made a number of these), Scott would return my calls. About two weeks later I walked in and made my purchase, even at this point Scott was very easy to negotiate with. This is a very busy dealership but you would never know with the quality of service provided by the sales (Scott), services (Linda and Tom) and the financial personal. More
