Scott Veneziani responded on my email and followed with a phone call. Scott and I discussed some options and he came back with a proposed vehicle that matched my dream car. We went over the price and he came back with a reasonable price compared to the other dealership in Virginia and Maryland. It only took three days and i drove my new Porsche out of the dealership today. Scott was very knowledgeable with the cars he was selling and explained all the instruments and options before i left the dealership. My wife and I truly appreciate the quick response and honesty of Scott. More
Another Great Experience at Porsche of Silver Spring I had my Macan in for service last week, and as always was impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and commitment to superior customer service e I had my Macan in for service last week, and as always was impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and commitment to superior customer service exhibited by the Porsche of Silver Spring team, especially the Service Adviser, Linda Harouna. Linda's attention to detail and eagerness to provide the best experience possible is exemplary. She listens and documents everything the client says about the work needed, and ensures the client is kept apprised of the work as it's being performed. When I pick my car up, Linda always walks me through all that was done; she even does a final test drive to ensure everything is perfect. Linda's official title is "Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador" - Very fitting; Porsche could not have a better ambassador than Linda Harouna. I've been a Porsche of Silver Spring customer for 12 years. I live in Arlington and though there are dealerships closer to me, I will not use any other dealership than Porsche of Silver Spring. I receive a lot of compliments on my car, and when I tell people it's almost 5 years old they say "You've obviously taken very good care of it". My reply; "Thanks, but it's the great people at Porsche of Silver Spring who take exceptional care of me and my car". More

My service advisor Linda Harouna always keeps it real with me and ensures I get exactly what I need. From installing aftermarket parts on my Porsche (diffuser, exhaust, etc) to storing my summer tires while I have a winter set on, they make sure their clients are taken care of. Every person I interact with truly seems to care about their job and it shows. 10 out of 10. 15 out of 10 if I could. More

I was scheduled to I am writing this letter to recognize Linda Harouna as a Steller Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador in your Service Department. I was scheduled to drop my 2011 Cayenne off on 12-13-2018 at 9am, to have the brakes serviced. I was on site around 8:40am and I was prepared to wait until my 9am time slot. Linda promptly came out, greeted me, and started the process for receiving my vehicle for service. Linda explained what parts would be checked and possibly replaced and gave me an estimated quote of what the brake service may cost. She then proceeded to process the dealer loaner vehicle and gave me keys to a 2018 Panamera. My truck was at the dealership for the next couple days waiting for parts to complete the work. During this time, Linda texted me to update me on any issues and their progress with the work. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, she applied a couple of advertised discounts to the total, resulting in a decent savings on the repair! The truck felt brand new again, and thanks to Linda, it was another excellent experience at Porsche of Silver Spring!! More
“Professionally gracious.” We often can’t say enough about the positive experiences we have with a salesperson/dealership when we close a deal on a Porsche of our choice We often can’t say enough about the positive experiences we have with a salesperson/dealership when we close a deal on a Porsche of our choice, but I believe that I had one of my best experiences to date with Kevin Gallagher and Porsche Silver Spring when I looked into the purchase of a 2016 Boxter Spyder they had in stock with my 2013 911 Turbo S coupe being offered in trade and we didn’t strike a deal despite a more than fair offer for my car. Kevin was perhaps the most thorough, patient, accommodating,upbeat and understanding salesman I have had the privilege to work with in pursuing the purchase of a Porsche. He was also as professionally gracious as a salesman could be when I decided that I couldn’t part with my Turbo S and he sincerely hoped we could do business at a later date. Porsche is fortunate to have him as the epitome of a Brand Ambassador. I believe that Porsche Silver Spring’s pre-owned cars are some of the most thoroughly scrutinized, documented and updated vehicles I have ever seen offered at any Porsche dealership with the vast majority of their cars being designated Certified Pre-Owned through service and parts upgrades based on their in-service dates (i.e.age) and not necessarily their mileage,which is the most comprehensive way to be Certified. My highest ratings go to Kevin Gallagher and Porsche Silver Spring. More
Poor Experience with Service Dept (swirl marks on car) I recently took my 2017 Cayenne GTS to this dealer for 20K maintenance and a flat tire. The initial coordination and intake was flawless. I was given I recently took my 2017 Cayenne GTS to this dealer for 20K maintenance and a flat tire. The initial coordination and intake was flawless. I was given a nice 2018 Macan loaner and my car was ready after 1 day. When I went to pick up my Cayenne it looked as if someone had wiped it down with a bag of sand. There were swirls marks all over the entire vehicle from the roof to the brake lights to the side panels. I'm a fairly serious car buff, so I personally detail all of my vehicles and had just recently clayed, polished and waxed my Cayenne. It was one of the most horrific things I had ever seen on one of my cars outside of being in a bad accident. All of this happened around the service departments closing time, so there were no managers onsite to address the issue and unfortunately the junior staff there did not seem equipped to handle a problem like this. They basically told me to take the car and call the service manager the next day. I was not comfortable with taking my vehicle in that condition and requested that they allow me to keep the loaner so that the car could remain with them until management arrived in the am. The situation at this point goes from bad to worse, as the staff members told me that I couldn't keep the loaner because they were reserved to other customers the next morning. They did eventually offer to take a video and pictures of the car before I left, but I still was not comfortable with taking it and ordered an Uber in order to leave the car there. After this back and forth with the staff for 10min or so a senior sales person (Scott Veneziani) came over and took control of the situation as I would expect from a Porsche dealership. He made some calls and then promptly gave me the keys back to the loaner and told me that this would be made right and that the service manager would be in touch first thing in the morning. The service director called me the next morning very apologetic and explained how they would fully detail the car in order to restore it back to it's original condition. I picked up my car two days later with it looking almost as good as new. Although I had a horrible experience with the junior staff on the initial pick up of my car, Scott and the Service director salvaged the situation and made me whole again by restoring my car. All in all, I certainly would not recommend allowing this dealer to wash your Porsche. I was never given an explanation as to what happened but I'm very concerned with a dealer that would allow something like this to happen to one of their customers vehicles. I also do not know that I will ever use them again for service. This was just something very unexpected coming from a Porsche dealership. More
