I stopped past the Porsche Silver Spring dealership today to get my rim repaired. Although I didn’t have an appointment, the service manager Linda Harouna made the accommodation so I could have the rim repai to get my rim repaired. Although I didn’t have an appointment, the service manager Linda Harouna made the accommodation so I could have the rim repaired the same day. After taking less than an hour to repair the rim, the rest of the service team (Brian Romero, Elvis Nguyen and Kofi Bediako) made sure my car was washed and detailed while I waited in the oh so comfortable customer lounge. Thanks again Porsche Silver Spring for another short and enjoyable experience!! In and out just like I like it! More

Stopped in on the way to buy a Mercedes next door. Decided to take a last look at the Macan for my wife. Was immediately greeted enthusiastically by salesman Scott Veneziani. Showed us a couple of models and answered (and asked) questions. Ended up getting a exceptional deal on a loaded 2024 that was left on the lot. Great easy negotiation. Scott was great. Gen the finance manager made that part of the journey easy and we were out of there as new Porsche owners. Can't wait to go back, but this time will be for me! Best car buying experience ever. More
