The brand new, squeaky clean, bright facilities are as detailed and shiny as the new cars. Tyheshia took over after Elvis, my Service Advisor, greeted me as I pulled in, confirmed today's work, and immediately started following up with progress. Today I am waiting as it is a minor service, and each customer is made to feel at home. In the background I hear friendly conversations, some laughter, and some longtime customers discussing showroom models. I have been returning to Porsche Silver Spring for over a decade due to this friendly, welcoming atmosphere. My previous Porsche dealerships struck me as cold and aloof. Here, you are among friends. Meanwhile, in the service area, the outstanding technician team, led by the Service Manager, Linda, keep my car feeling and running like new! They are awesome, and I appreciate their efforts. Here comes Elvis with an estimated completion time... We are right on schedule, as usual. My personal 'Porsche Experience' happens at the dealership, and the team here makes it very special. I will continue to return for Service at Porsche Silver Spring, and look forward to the day I can meet with the Sales staff to purchase a new car.
