Awesome Experience I had such a great experience at Galpin Subaru that I just had to share. As a single woman, I hate shopping for cars. Salesmen typically don't want to waste their time on woman and will actually suggest I come back "when your husband can be here to help you". Seriously??? I wasn't in the market for a Subaru, but Nate Bashor treated me with respect and took the time to introduce me to the Subaru line. Since I'm a regular hiker and occasional camper, he introduced me to both the Outback and Forester. I had already test drove Ford Edge and Toyota Rav 4, but once I got in the Forester, it felt much more stable. Nate really took the time to work with me and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The following week I brought my son over to meet Nate and he purchased an Impreza. I also sent one of my best friends over to Nate and she purchased an Outback. Working with Nate was such a great experience. The entire team was great. I will continue to refer friends to him! More

Galpin knows how to treat customers! We recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback at Galpin Subaru in Valencia, what a nice Dealership this is. We had stopped in at Galpin the week before We recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback at Galpin Subaru in Valencia, what a nice Dealership this is. We had stopped in at Galpin the week before just browsing. The salesman/associate Fabio let us poke around in the different models as he explained the various features of each model. Fabio was very familiar with each model and seemed to be able to explain any questions that either my wife or asked him. At the conclusion of our browsing, Fabio gave us his card, and asked that we look him up if we decided to return. At no time did he try to keep us on the lot or try to pressure us to work numbers. The following weekend we started out walking the length of auto row on Creekside Road. We had a list of 6 different makes and models of SUV we wanted to look at and compare. We almost didn't make it off the 3rd lot of another dealer because their salesman and later finance manager kept trying to bargain with us to make a deal there--that day. We felt very pressured, and it was all that we could do to leave that lot without writing a deal. We had started out at 10:30 a.m. and after stopping for lunch at Mimi's Café, we continued. We eventually ended up back at Galpin, and when we walked into the dealership Fabio was again there. Based on our impressions and some test drives of other vehicles, we had narrowed down our vehicle choice to the 2017 Outback. We asked Fabio if we could test drive the vehicle and he went to get the keys. Long story short, we felt that the Outback provided the best value for the amount we would have to pay, so we agreed to buy the vehicle--for thousands less than similarly equipped other makes and models. Fabio was great. He helped explain all the new bells and whistles that were on our new car. He helped my wife sync her phone to the car, took over an hour of his time to show how all the nobs and dials worked. During our entire visit, we never were pressured or made to feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is tired of how other typical salesmen treat car buyers. These guys have a great philosophy about selling to "people". . More

I was in a bind over the 4th of July weekend when my trusted vehicle of 14 years (Andi) finally gave out on me ?. We called Galpin and spoke with Nate advising him of what we were looking for and what we had to work with, it was a tall order but he and the team at Galpin really worked with us to provide us a deal that was within the budget! I had visited other dealerships and rarely got a good vibe from the sales folk, but Nate was AWESOME to work with, I felt that he was really doing all he could to get me the car I was looking for. I really felt the love and will for sure be recommending him and Galpin Subaru to everyone I know looking for an awesome vehicle! Nate, can’t thank you enough! Thanks for spending your 4th of July with me instead of relaxing and celebrating at home. More
