I took the car in for 2 reasons (issue with dashboard and rear light keeps getting fogged up). When I dropped my car off I was told both issues are covered under factory warranty and will be fixed. After 10 rear light keeps getting fogged up). When I dropped my car off I was told both issues are covered under factory warranty and will be fixed. After 10 days of having my car at your shop I was finally told it is ready to be picked up. When I came to pick up the car I was notified that the moisture issue inside the rear light was not fixed and will not be fixed (apparently it is normal per Porsche standards). Also, I was told that while my dash board was being replaced windshield broke and needed to be replaced. I was surprised that after keeping my car in the shop for 10 days (and knowing windshield was replaced and there could be glass in the car) service department returned my car unwashed. I had washed it 2 days before I dropped it off to your shop and I picked it up dirty. That is not something that would have ever happened at Land Rover, Mercedes or Lexus dealer (cars that I have owned before), so as a new and first time Porsche owner I can honestly say that your level of service is inferior to other luxury car brands. I also believe same goes to the level of quality or what is considered “normal or acceptable per Porsche standards”. I am so surprised to hear that their standards are significantly inferior to other luxury car brands. More

This was by far the easiest and best car purchase experience i've had in the past decade. Eric Shooks is the person to talk to if you want to by a car. He is extemely friendly and kind, patient, and experience i've had in the past decade. Eric Shooks is the person to talk to if you want to by a car. He is extemely friendly and kind, patient, and most importantly, I never felt rushed or pushed into a purchase. We talked on the phone about a car I was interested in, within the hour I had an offer emailed, and he worked with finance to get me approved within another hour. I drove off the car dealership with the car i wanted the next day!! When I arived at Porsche San Diego, he greeted me like family and had the car ready in the delivery bay. Craig Silverstein from Finance treats you like his family as soon as you enter his office. I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but if you deal with Eric and Craig, you won't be dissapointed! I highly recommend both of them and can't wait for my next purchase from them!!! Five stars!!! More
