Cody Allen did an excellent job communicating with me during the entire process keeping me informed of the service and repair of our 2017 Porsch Macan. When I requested consideration on a repair item, C during the entire process keeping me informed of the service and repair of our 2017 Porsch Macan. When I requested consideration on a repair item, Cody sought the approval required to accommodate my request, delivering superior customer service. When additional parts needed to be ordered, causing completion delays, Cody informed me immediately and provided new ETA;s. Kudos to the entire Service Team on returning my vehicle to me in better condition than the drop off. Thank you to the Porsche Management Team for engaging with me during this process offering options along the way and providing me a Loaner vehicle for the entire time. More

Great service performed and very polite service advisors! I had a great experience with Porsche Riverside for my 2022 Macan for the recalls and $20k maintenance. Will Barbaro provided excellent service, he w I had a great experience with Porsche Riverside for my 2022 Macan for the recalls and $20k maintenance. Will Barbaro provided excellent service, he was friendly, polite and thoroughly let me know what service will be performed and how much time needed. Porsche Riverside is newer facility with more availability especially over the weekend. The closest Porsche dealer to me is in Pasadena but they are always packed and no courtesy vehicle to loan me during my service. Despite the distance, I will go back to service my car with Porsche Riverside and with Will! Thanks Will! More
