As the current region President of one of the largest Porsche Club regions in the country, I've worked with Walter's, and in particular Ed, on many occasions over the last few years. Since I wasn't fami Porsche Club regions in the country, I've worked with Walter's, and in particular Ed, on many occasions over the last few years. Since I wasn't familiar with Walter's at the time, it is not the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. However, having experienced their customer service, new and used vehicle pricing, and commitment to the brand, not only personally but through a great number of our club members, it IS the only Porsche dealership I now consider for any of my vehicle needs. I commute to them from OC, and the short 30 minute drive is well worth the effort. Thanks Ed for all your help! More

I have purchased two Porsches from this dealership in the last few years and will say that it has been the best overall experience I have had with any dealership over the past 40 years. Justin Usary from the Service Department is a master at customer service. He is always friendly, helpful, resourceful and will bend over backwards to ensure you have a positive experience. I never thought I would have such words to say about a dealership but the staff has earned my respect and business. I dealt with Walter's Audi in the past and have to admit, the overall customer service was exceptional. There is no doubt that the Walter's family cares about their customers, regardless if you deal with Mercedes, Audi or Porsche. Nonetheless, Justin Usary is by far the leader in customer service.
