I took my 2013 911S in for the first service/oil change. Justin Usary was very prompt and efficient in getting me set up with an appointment. Since the dealership is some distance from my office, I request Justin Usary was very prompt and efficient in getting me set up with an appointment. Since the dealership is some distance from my office, I requested that I needed to wait on the car. Justin got my car in and all of the work completed in the time he promised. The car was clean when delivered to me and i was back at my office before lunch. I will continue to use Walter's for my service because of the extremely high level of customer care they provide. More

Extremely happy with the service I received at Walter's Porsche. Justin Usary was very professional and thorough explaining the repairs needed to keep my vehicle in tip-top shape. I have read many excellent reviews on Walters Porsche, and in my experience, they are all true. Justin my service writer was very attentive to my maintenance concerns. He knows Porsche, and how to treat and in my experience, they are all true. Justin my service writer was very attentive to my maintenance concerns. He knows Porsche, and how to treat his customers. He is knowledgeable, caring, personable, and an all around nice person. He introduced me to Jon, service technician. Jon was able to diagnose what part of my clutch assembly was faulty, and correct the problem. He has many years experience. A super nice guy, listens, and is a problem solver. Also, the clutch pedal feel is buttery smooth, unlike any time before in ownership of my 2005 997s. It was purchased new. Justin called me daily with updates. The loaner auto was almost new, and a lot of fun to drive as well. More

We had a fabulous weekend with the Porsche Club sponsored by Walter's Porsche of Riverside - there was a tech session at their shop to launch the new Cayman on Saturday and then they helped host the Grand Pr by Walter's Porsche of Riverside - there was a tech session at their shop to launch the new Cayman on Saturday and then they helped host the Grand Prix Region's annual Concours at the Lakewood Country Club on Sunday - the car show was beautiful and the lawn was fill with wonderful Porsches along with gorgeous display cars from Walter's and their fun merchandise boutique. Visit Walter's about buying a new car at their Riverside location. Many of our members have had great experiences with their sales and service departments - go see their GM, Ed McRae who will take great care of you!! More

I'm on my 5th Porsche, all bought (or leased) at Walter's. Justin has been my service advisor for several years now. He is unfailingly friendly, courteous, informative, and helpful. He always has a thorough explanation of what needs to be, or has been done. I've even had him offer to have my car washed for me, even though I'd only stopped by to ask a question or visit the sales department. He always has a Porsche loaner ready for me when I schedule a service. I've driven Cayennes, Boxsters, Panameras and a 991S as loaners. (I'm waiting for a drive in a new Cayman.) I would recommend Justin and Walter's service department to any Porsche owner, without hesitation. More

As the current region President of one of the largest Porsche Club regions in the country, I've worked with Walter's, and in particular Ed, on many occasions over the last few years. Since I wasn't fami Porsche Club regions in the country, I've worked with Walter's, and in particular Ed, on many occasions over the last few years. Since I wasn't familiar with Walter's at the time, it is not the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. However, having experienced their customer service, new and used vehicle pricing, and commitment to the brand, not only personally but through a great number of our club members, it IS the only Porsche dealership I now consider for any of my vehicle needs. I commute to them from OC, and the short 30 minute drive is well worth the effort. Thanks Ed for all your help! More

I have purchased two Porsches from this dealership in the last few years and will say that it has been the best overall experience I have had with any dealership over the past 40 years. From the "non pressure" sales rep to the service department, I have had exceptional experience. There is no "BS" from the sale rep and you get what youpay for. Justin Usary from the Service Department is a master at customer service. He is always friendly, helpful, resourceful and will bend over backwards to ensure you have a positive experience. I never thought I would have such words to say about a dealership but the staff has earned my respect and business. I dealt with Walter's Audi in the past and have to admit, the overall customer service was exceptional. There is no doubt that the Walter's family cares about their customers, regardless if you deal with Mercedes, Audi or Porsche. Nonetheless, Justin Usary is by far the leader in customer service. I'd been looking for an Agate Gray 991 for over two months and couldn't anything in the area. I drive nearly double the distance of my nearest Porsche dealer to service my Porsche Cayenne S at Walter's because of Justin Usary. I have had many service advisors between my multiple Mercedes Benz and Le dealer to service my Porsche Cayenne S at Walter's because of Justin Usary. I have had many service advisors between my multiple Mercedes Benz and Lexus Vehicles and Justin exceeds all expecations and is hands down the best in the service industry! More
