After talking with Conrad Castillon, service manager, he stated that he would ask Porsche for goodwill assistance since the pump was a recall item, which although had already been replaced as well as the horn, that Porsche stands behind their cars and there might be a financial savings if agreed upon. To my surprise and delight, within a week, I received a phone call that both items would be covered 100%. The car was finished the next day, all clean and ready to drive home. I can say I have ever had a dealership/service manager go out of their way to help a customer. I was so impressed, that yesterday I ordered a new turbo cayenne. Walter's will be my dealership of choice. More

He kept me up to date throughout the service, he made sure to give me an update before the end of the day regarding the progress of the service before he took off for the day. Service done by Adrian Madrid I was in for service to my Cayenne. Adrian reminded I have another 5,000 miles to go for a major service, so his candidness saved money for now. I asked him to inspect the drive shaft to see if it's still in good condition. He kept me informed and found some cracks and fixed under my CPO warranty. His service was impeccable from the start by friendly greeting to the end. Very knowledgeable, swift, professional. I'm glad that I chose and purchased a CPO car from Walters and will buy and service nowhere but there. It's worth driving 60 miles to get there. Mark More

I got a flat tire on my way out to Palm Springs and had to have my car towed in to Walters. Justin greeted me as I got out of the tow truck and wrote me up immediately. The dealership did not have the tire in stock but the Service Manager Conrad authorized the parts department to pick one up from a local wherehouse . I dont know if they do this for all their customers , but they did it for me and thats all that matters. Thanks guys for making my week. More

Servicing the sunroof. I have been servicing my Panamera at beverly hills porsche since 3 years ago. Recently, I just picked up a 911 turbo from porsche of riverside and was experiencing a little issue with the sunroof. I scheduled an appointment to see service and they referred me to the service manager, Conrad, who happens to be the friendliest porsche service manager, and definitely someone who knows his porsche inside and out. When I arrived, we took my car for a spin and took me through the process of determining the problem step by step, and he quickly identified the issue with the sunroof and ratified the problem immediately. I am very impressed with his knowledge and judgement. I would totally recommend any Porsche owner to service their cars here! More

Just in a day's work Justin is a true pleasure to work with. His work is far more difficult than it seems. Clients are cranky, feel their more important than others and expect everyone to jump through hoops to work around their schedule. Justin just has a way of being very patient, understanding and calming. He thinks of ways to make our service experiences pleasant and solve what ever problem we may throw at him. He goes out of his way to make our day better and get us on our way as fast as possible. I can't think of a time that I didn't enjoy our contact or leave with a smile thanks to his polite and respectful approach. I've never felt he's been dishonest or has attempted to up sell me with unnecessary services or repairs. His actions true foster a trusting relationship with the Dealership that keeps us coming back.
