Very professional. Brought my 06 cayenne in for oil change and the dreaded cardan shaft replacement. Both were done in the same day as promised. Coming from owning a BMW most of my life I was always use to being treated like a number. I had the pleasure of dealing with Domenic Macchia at Walters Porsche and he took the time to explain to be what my true service needs were and made me feel very comfortable when leaving my car. He even offered to to take out a small door ding on my for free that was on my car when I purchased it (which I though was nice). I defiantly will be returning to Walters Porsche any of my futures service needs. Thank you Walters! More

They were nothing short of pure Fantastic!! the time it took to get me in and out and all things attended to were great. High Quality Service Center I drive in from Orange County, having first consulted many local independent shops here to do maintenance and modification work. Over the history of my car, Newport Porsche (AutoNation) is crap to deal with period. Redline in Orange cant price fairly. So it is an absolute pleasure to drive about 60 miles to Walters Porsche to benefit from great customer service, notably Adrian Madrid and the chief technician who makes my car like new! She explained many features of my car that I had no idea about. She went above and beyond checking things out to see when I needed to come in for service as well. The day I came in for service, she once again went out of her way to help me. She made me feel like I was her only customer that day and I know better! She is certainly an asset to Walter's Porsche. The prior owner had taken this car to Resnak in Pasadena. I had gone there when I was looking to buy a car and I did not feel welcome there at all. Therefore, Walter's and Cindy Ramirez will be the only place and person I will let help me with my car. Cindy really knows about the cars and explains everything to you. I love Cindy!
