Filomena makes Walter's Porsche look good. I needed to purchase an extended warranty on my Porsche, and spoke with Filomena on the phone. Filomena then took it upon herself to find out my next service appointment, called me a few days later to confirm my needs, then came in to work on her day off, and met me at the time of my appointment. She then came in to work on her day off a second time to assist me in completing the paperwork. Filomena cares about her job, and cares about making her managers and employer look good. Walter's Porsche is lucky to have such a great employee. More

Another excellent experience & service. I took my Cayenne in for check up because of the engine light warning came up although the car seemed running fine. As always, he was ready when I came in. I waited while diagnose my car & shortly came back that thermostat was not closing? and need to be replaced. He said Walters & Porsche of North America would take care of this even though my warranty has expired because I've been a very loyal customer ever since I purchased this car. I've always took my car for services to Walters and have total confidence in them as an example shown here. I've also checked prices with local Porsche service centers in So. Cal but found Walters are very competitive & reasonable, very honest. Best of all, I am assured of Porsche certified technical mechanics & great services, peace of mind. Once again, no reasons to go anywhere-else but Walter's. Always pleasure doing business with them. PS: One of my friend was interested in Audi. I asked Jay to refer a sales rep. Service Department corrected all issues and more I took my Porsche 911 Carrera to the service department because the brakes were noisy. They greeted me as soon as arrived. Because I had an appointment, they already had a loaner vehicle ready for me. Both the servicer advisor, Adrian Madrid and his assistant, who goes by a single initial, "K", were very helpful and friendly. Also, the technicia, Jon is always very helpful. He personally explains the issue when I request to speak to him. Many other dealers don't let you talk to the technician. I was called the next day and told that they found the squeak in the Brakes and were able to get both the brake pads and rotors replaced under warranty by Porsche....I was happily surprised since brakes and rotors are not typically covered under warranty because they are considered a "wear and tear" item. Conrad Castillon, The service manager, told me that the issue was one that allowed it to be covered under warranty. I know he and his team went the extra mile to explain it the issue to Porsche Corporate and arrange for this to be covered under warranty. Both Porsche and the dealership stand behind their brand. They want it to be done right and they want the customer to be pleased. I would always recommend a Porsche. The quality can be felt in the driving experience and at the dealer. More
