Domenico Macchia was our Service Advisor and took his time listening to our issues, and kept us abreast of the progress. He also made some excellent cosmetic recommendations which obviously excited the car owner, my wife. The car was returned in more than excellent condition, in the time promised, and Domenico was on top of the status. The only negative was that someone had run down the battery, so when I went to take it home it needed to be jumped. Domenico to his credit knowing that this was my wifes car suggested that he keep it overnight to ensure it was stable. Provided us a loaner car, and would drive out my wifes car where we are at to swap vehicles. Because the car was not checked out before returning to me I am taking away a quality star. Overall, a great experience, and the intangible benefits of having a caring Service Adviser, left me with a confidence that they really care about their customers. More

Filomena makes Walter's Porsche look good. I needed to purchase an extended warranty on my Porsche, and spoke with Filomena on the phone. She did not know all the answers, but said she would fi I needed to purchase an extended warranty on my Porsche, and spoke with Filomena on the phone. She did not know all the answers, but said she would find out and call me back. SHE ACTUALLY FOUND THE ANSWERS AND CALLED ME BACK PROMPTLY! Filomena then took it upon herself to find out my next service appointment, called me a few days later to confirm my needs, then came in to work on her day off, and met me at the time of my appointment. She then came in to work on her day off a second time to assist me in completing the paperwork. Filomena cares about her job, and cares about making her managers and employer look good. Walter's Porsche is lucky to have such a great employee. More
