XLNT SERVICE WITH DAVID AND SALES WITH TIM CHURCHILL I took my 911 Turbo S in for a minor repair, David Barron was fantastic in the Service Dept and took care of everything very efficiently. Larry Palmer the Service Manager identified the problem immediately and got everything ordered and repaired in a timely fashion. I had a fantastic new 718 Boxster loaner vehicle that I just loved. While there I visited the sales department where Tim Churchill started the wheels turning for my next Porsche purchase . . . a new Cayenne !!!! Tim went over all the details, and reviewed the positives and negatives of the options I am considering for the vehicle.- Tim Churchill is a great sales person - extremely knowledgeable, loves the the Porsche Brand, and I can call him day or night with a question or problem and he is always right there to help. More

Mike Barcelona ... Wow, Over the top customer Sevice ! My car had a oil level is above maximum service message. I just got the car form a private party a week earlier and was concerned. So I went into the service center w\o an appointment for my Porsche Cayenne e Hybrid. As soon as I pulled up to Walters Porsche Sevice Ctr , I was met by Mike Barcelona. He cheerfully greeted me and asked about my car. I showed him the error message on dash and he then proceeded to take down car info. He then asked if there was anything wrong with car." I said no"Then he directed me to his desk and proceeded to explain my car issue and what service will take place to correct issue. He then did something I was not the least expecting, he provided a loaner although I had no appt. i could have waited or I thought I would need to rent a vehicle from enterprise. He explained what steps the Sevice center would take, the approx time my car would be ready etc. Sure enough I got a call from Mike very close to the time he said my car would be ready and told me I could pick up the car and that there would be no charge. I told him I was not able to come at that moment.... he replied" if it works better for you , feel free to come back tomorrow and there would be n/c for lonaner. I told him that would be great. Fortunately, I was able to complete my meetings early so I returned loaner and picked up my car Mike went over the paperwork, my next service needs etc , explained what was done on my car and asked if I had any questions. I signed paper work and got copies for my files. I was extremely impressed with the thoughtfulness and customer service I received. I look forward to the next time I have to take my car into Sevice and work with Mike. Great job Walters Porsche. More

From the time they greet you upon arrival, to walking you out David, Henry, and Cody are hands down some of the best service advisors in the business. From the time they greet you upon arrival, to walking you out to your loaner. These guys are knowledgeable and their customer service skills are on point. Repair Service Review Michael Barcelona promptly at 7am had my boxster do a service test drive to discover the issue. After diagnostic, car was placed into service and I w Michael Barcelona promptly at 7am had my boxster do a service test drive to discover the issue. After diagnostic, car was placed into service and I was given a courtesy car hassle free. Following day at noon received a follow-up call from Michael Barcelona who informed issue had been repaired and car was prepared for pickup. Upon arrival, car was washed, ready for pickup.
