Outstanding Customer Service experience at Walter’s Porsche I had the pleasure of having Mr. Michael Barcelona as my service rep. at Porsche of Riverside. Let me tell you that this was one of the best service I had the pleasure of having Mr. Michael Barcelona as my service rep. at Porsche of Riverside. Let me tell you that this was one of the best service experiences from a customer aatisfaction standpoint I have ever had. Mike was as professional as it gets, it was courtesy from the word go. I had several occassions where I had to reschedule pick up days due to work, Mike was ever so kind to; 1. understand my situation 2. help reschedule my pick up day as needed. Mike kept me abreast of all that was happening with my car on a daily basis and made it a point to return my call each and everytime I left a message. Mr. Michael Barcelona is an example of quality customer service. His professionalism and respect make the whole service experince a truly pleasurable one. Thank You Mike, I can’t thank you enough for a pleasurable Porsche service experince, I hope you can the new kids on the block a few things about quality customer service. Absolutely great! More

Quality service This was my first time as the new Walters Porsche location. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment, I waited in the service driveway for several mi This was my first time as the new Walters Porsche location. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment, I waited in the service driveway for several minutes while a few employees walked by but was not greeted by anyone. I began to think that perhaps I needed to go into the building to request a service rep. Fortunately as I started to walk in, David Barron came out to greet me and from there the experience was what I had experienced in the past. David was very helpful and apologetic when I mentioned my waiting outside. I was given a loaner car as requested and the next day the service was completed perfectly (oil change and a steering wheel vibration). Tires were balanced and ride was like new. My 911 came back perfect. Thanks so much David! More
