Let me tell you that this was one of the best service experiences from a customer aatisfaction standpoint I have ever had. Mike was as professional as it gets, it was courtesy from the word go. I had several occassions where I had to reschedule pick up days due to work, Mike was ever so kind to; 1. understand my situation 2. help reschedule my pick up day as needed. Mike kept me abreast of all that was happening with my car on a daily basis and made it a point to return my call each and everytime I left a message.
