Porsche Boxster Service Recently, my Boxster was in need of a bit of service - the check engine light came on. I immediately called Walter's Porsche Service & met up with my Recently, my Boxster was in need of a bit of service - the check engine light came on. I immediately called Walter's Porsche Service & met up with my Service Advisor Henry Quezada to discuss my options. As always, Henry greeted me with a smile & courteous greeting. Since I had told the Service Rep on the phone why I needed an appointment, Henry was aware of that, he gave me an approximate time frame as well as costs for analyzing. I also asked him to check a couple of other things which he said would be taken care of. Since my car was not available for a couple of days, he arranged for a loaner vehicle; I was on my way within less than 30-minutes. Henry called me in a timely manner to discuss the services that were needed & recommended. He explained each service, answered all my silly questions, then provided me with a time of completion. When I picked up my car, Henry reviewed all services that were completed, we discussed those services he recommended to be done in the future, then Thanked me for my patronage - all with a smile. Walter's Porsche and Henry Quezada are who I suggest to others. You will be well taken care of and always with a smile. More
Fantastic Porsche Service Mike Barcelona is a Rockstar! On my way out to Vegas and I stopped in to have my oil topped off as I was nervous about the level. Mike greeted me, c Mike Barcelona is a Rockstar! On my way out to Vegas and I stopped in to have my oil topped off as I was nervous about the level. Mike greeted me, checked my oil, found out I had a little road trip planned and then proceeded to top me off, check my tire pressure and wiper blades. I drove off feeling confident about my trip and Mike made sure I had a couple of bottles of water for the haul. Highly recommend - service like this is hard to come by! More
Lousy warranty on their battery service,Pep BOY’S is better! Sad to say this is the first time after many years of working with Walter’s Porsche that I have to leave a bad review. I have bought two Interstate B Sad to say this is the first time after many years of working with Walter’s Porsche that I have to leave a bad review. I have bought two Interstate Brand batteries through through Walters and in both cases the batteries went dead flat usually within a year. The second time it’s barely been eight months! Henri in the service department informed me that Walters warranty on batteries only applies if the car is driven at least 6500 miles a year. This is the first time I was told that! They charge about $250 for a battery replacement so this lousy warranty coverage really sucks. I am like many Porsche owners, I drive my car on weekends for pleasure as I do with MY OTHER 5 Porsche cars . All of my Porsche’s are on battery maintainers and I do rotate these maintainers from time to time in the process of moving them around. He asked me if I used a battery tender I said yes, he said that the alternator could be bad I said the alternator does charge the battery at 14 volts, the battery goes flat from sitting even with a properly applied battery maintainer. The Walter’s battery is the only battery I’ve had these problems with and for the dealer to weasel out of fixing a problem with the wretched excuse of “you don’t drive it at least 6,500 miles per year” is a terrible philosophy of business. I was NEVER told of their 6,500 minimum mile policy before! I never even got to a point where any kind of proration coverage was offered. ANY BATTERY SOLD BY PEP BOYS, or other auto service company will at least prorate an adjustment on the years or miles of the battery. I will NOT BE BRINGING ANY OF MY PORSCHE VEHICLES TO WALTERS EVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE SURE TO INFORM MY LOCAL PCA MEMBERS OF THE WATHER’s abysmal warranty on their battery service etc. I will also post this poor review on YELP AND MENTION THEM ON MY FACE BOOM PAGE JUST TO GIVE OTHER PORSCHE OWNER’s fair warning. BTW: This is not meant to be a criticism of Henry or Walter’s personal, Henry was very polite when telling me if Walter’s policy and very clear that they could do nothing for me regarding a battery failure do to me NOT DRIVING AT LEAST 6,500 miles a year. I will bring my cars to one of several local qualified Porsche mechanics who do not have such a ridiculous warranty on something as simple as a failed battery. Such a pity. More

Great experience David and Christian we’re great. Christian helped setting up service appointment and David was took care of the service for me and was able to get me David and Christian we’re great. One note is that the service technician forgot to take the paper mat after finishing service and left it in the car. More
