Porsche Service I dealt with Mike Barcelona at Porsche Riverside for the 4 year "major" service on my 2015 Cayman S. Although expensive (you play...you pay), Mike is very professional and always making sure the job gets done right. After picking up my car, I found that there was a buzz from something rattling when I played the music. They sent out a mechanic (Mike Allar) to my home who discovered a small piece of dirt/rock fell on the speaker when they had it all torn apart. He corrected the issue and put it all back together and all at my convenience. I appreciate all their efforts in making sure I am satisfied. I will continue to bring it to them for service. More

He is very attentive to all of the details and is always looking for ways to try and save money and keep my Porsche running at optimum performance. Everything is always done at MY convenience. They set me up with a car if it is going to take all day so I can go about my life and try to have as little interruption to my daily routine as possible. Between Mike and Cody, I was able to sign off on my car and get into a loaner within 15 minutes of arriving. Everyone at this dealer is extremely friendly and always asks if there is anything they can do to make me feel more welcome. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for any and all work for your car. We waited and waited for someone to greet us for sales and service (we had an appointment). They we understaffed and unorganized. Yet professional when we finally got connected and underway.
