Overall service was excellent from the minute you drive up thru status updates and pick up. I went out of my way from Long Beach to the number one rated Porsche Riverside dealership to have my Panamera rec up thru status updates and pick up. I went out of my way from Long Beach to the number one rated Porsche Riverside dealership to have my Panamera recalls performed. They performed all work with no issues and also sent me a report on recommended services, but never put any pressure on me to perform these services. No pressure, cons, guilt or anything. Cody Allen my service rep was extremely professional and will definitely return again with my wife’s 911. They also seem to have plenty of loaner cars so no issues with that unlike other dealers. The cashier and loaner car reps were also on top of it. All friendly, polite and professional. They helped make the process seamless. More
