Porsche of Riverside is a huge breath of fresh air compared to Porsche of San Diego! This was my first visit to Porsche of Riverside having decided to give another dealership a chance to service my vehicle and possibly acquire my business and loyalty. From the minute I spoke to Kevin Gonzalez on the phone inquiring about a quote, and scheduling service, I knew that things would be drastically different in a favorable manner. Our discussion was very pleasant as he answered all of my questions and concerns and assured me they would take great care of my vehicle and return it to me by the end of the day. With this in mind, I planned my Saturday to coincide with sightseeing and lunch in close proximity to the dealership. Located just off the 91 freeway I was amazed at the beauty of this truly state-of-the-art and modern facility with an atmosphere of professionalism and dignity that screams “Porsche”! Arriving early in the morning and entering the dealership I had the opportunity to tour the museum-like facility showcasing vintage as well as new Porsche vehicles, such as the 718 Boxster, 991 Carrera, Macan, Cheyenne, Panamera, Cayman, and Taycan EV for one’s visual enjoyment. Shortly afterwards I was welcomed by Kevin, processed the necessary paperwork, and on my way in a complimentary loaner car to enjoy the area as my Boxster S remained in the capable hands of the service department. During my absence I received text messages informing me of my vehicle's status, and a video of the multi-point inspection performed on my vehicle. Following my lunch at the Riverside Mission and Spa I received an update regarding completion, and returned to the dealership for some relaxation, complimentary beverages and snacks while watching LIV Golf. My Boxster was returned to me in the pristine condition that it was in when I dropped it off, with the addition of a post maintenance hand wash and detailed shine. What an experience! I am hooked! My vehicle has a new home-away-from-home for maintenance and repairs, with reasonable pricing, excellent staff, and great technicians. Highly recommended for all of your Porsche needs! Henry Quezada of Walter’s Riverside Porsche provided great customer service . We had issues twice with the service shop forgetting to replace 2 parts they removed and causing damage to car interior. - great customer service . We had issues twice with the service shop forgetting to replace 2 parts they removed and causing damage to car interior. - we had to return our car, a 60 mile round trip. Henry made this issue as easy as possible for us. More
