My wife and I came by to look over the Macan inventory last weekend and we were greeted by Taylor. He was very easy to talk to and helped guide us to find the right car.. we must have looked at 3 or 4 dif last weekend and we were greeted by Taylor. Bought our first Porsche from Porsche riverside since a friend of mine referred the dealership. Met Sherman when we were looking for a preowned Macan for my wife but due to inventory shortage at that tim friend of mine referred the dealership. Met Sherman when we were looking for a preowned Macan for my wife but due to inventory shortage at that time , we optioned for a new one.. we visited the dealer ship twice and on our second visit, Sherman was very patient with us as we could not make decision on which one we were going to try to purchased and took some time to really come up with a decision. He understood that this was major purchased for us and did not pressure us one bit and upsell us on other vehicles. And when it came to a negotiating the purchase price .. he really did fight for us to get the best deal and all the time I felt confident that he was on my side. Even when the purchase was over… and when we took delivery, he sat with us in the car and explained all the technology of the car even after the dealer ship was already closed…. I felt bad that I was keeping him away from his family but he wanted us to feel confident how to operate the vehicle. After a day or so, he even called me to see how everything was and I thank Sherman for everything that he did for us. Sherman really understands it’s not just about customer service and to me, he truly does care about the people and what people go through in order to purchase vehicles like these. He makes it a priority for customers get the most for their hard earned money . My wife and I are not rich nor do I consider ourselves privileged, we were just lucky to have met Sherman. Recently I have reached out to Sherman again to inquire about ordering a car for my self as this time I wanted to have the options on the vehicle that I wanted… Sherman quickly went over the process and even met with me to go over the vehicle and options on the Porsche configuration and showed me samples of the color and interior… again he was so patient with me and at the end ,,, since i was not ready to place the order yet,,, he save the file for me and printed out car configuration…. He wanted to make sure that all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied.. soon I will be ready to place my order and I will reach out to Sherman again…..Thank you so much Sherman for your time and really enjoyed my last visit.
