I had a flawless experience with Sherman. His communication is wonderful. I always knew where my car was in production from start to finish. It actually arrived a month earlier than I had expecte communication is wonderful. I always knew where my car was in production from start to finish. It actually arrived a month earlier than I had expected it to. It took all of 2 hours to go through finance, and to go through the demonstration on the car. This is my second purchase from this dealership in 1.5 years, and while my first car had an issue that wasn't easily resolved, they made it right, and it has kept me with the brand. Thanks Sherman!
